Got there a hour and half later said it wasn't ready. It would be after 2. Im assuming because of lunch break. So went back to home less than 5 minutes later I received a text saying it was ready. But by time I got home had to turn around and go back to pick up. Which at $4.00 gallon of gas. That hurts. But it is just happening way too much and after you speak with manager. Which does no good because in a month or so you will have a new manager.all Im asking for is a time to pick up meds. Doesn't matter what time but just have it ready when I get there. Do not tell me 2 hours and it will will be 3 . Or 2 hours and it's ready in 5 minutes. Just give me a time that you will know it will be ready.

I am a longtime CVS Alachua customer and, because I am there frequently picking up prescriptions…read morefor my aging parents, know the pharmacist and techs pretty well. They are efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. When the CVS app came along, that was a wonderful tool to help track prescriptions for multiple family members and even my dog! I love the reminders and especially the prescription history that the app holds. Refilling prescriptions is as easy as checking the box next to the ones you want filled. If a prescription is expiring and requires a doctor's authorization they will handle that too. Now there is a new feature! Payment! Today I used this feature for the first time. I was picking up meds for my mom and son. The app showed me all prescriptions that were due for refill from all family members (on one screen) and, after choosing the ones we want filled, it gave me the option to enter payment info for expedited pickup. I entered my card info and after completing my order I was sent a text with a bar code. When I pullled up to the drive up window I handed my phone to the tech and he scanned it and then confirmed the two family members and the meds I was picking up. He passed me my phone which I had to sign on a screen and then he handed me the prescriptions. Easy and efficient! If you haven't tried this feature, give it a try. I'm hooked!!

Drivers are driving way too fast or literally in your lane. Second, pump just wouldn't work for us, I suggest avoiding the right left pumps. We finally found one pump that'll work, so we were lucky enough that no one was at it since all we did was wrap it around to get to ours. Overall, it's a cute little place but needs more attention with the parking lot. They had big trucks everywhere unloading products.
