Be careful - these are parts changers. Do not take your car there unless you already know what the…read moreproblem is. Example: my car wouldn't start, and after having it for two days they told me it needed a new ignition. I told them I didn't think that was the issue based on the symptoms I had described. In the end, they said it was a bad coil, which is believable. However, they also sold me a new battery (over $200, even though my original was only 8 months old), new plugs, and just one coil, for a total of over $1,000. OUCH. And remember, they were originally going to charge me for an ignition too. I paid and told them I was done after they tried to get another $1,000 out of me. When I got my car back, the blower fuse for the A/C and heat was blown and they hadn't even replaced it. Bottom line: remember, they're parts changers. They used to be good until they changed management a few years ago.

The work was fine and timely. However they charged me $219 per hour shop rate. I showed the service rep the Google search for shop rates in AL of $140-150 per hr. Imagine that. Yes. Tires are 2 years old. Yes they are under the 70,000 miles. I realized they were making a noise when I drove it. I told her to take back to have checked. He said he had no way of knowing who put the tires on backwards? The person who put them on no longer works there... the interaction was just hateful, unprofessional and ridiculous. He also dared me to review so he could ugly further. AND continued to call me hon after asking him to stop multiple times. Can tires be mounted incorrectly? Did some reseach on directional tire mounting Will. If mounted incorrectly, a directional tire cannot be expected to work properly in wet or wintry conditions. If mounted improperly, directional tires may also wear irregularly and prematurely and produce road noise.
