Since the insulation was installed, there's been a noticeable difference--especially with how much cooler it stays during the summer, which was my biggest concern. The temperature is much more manageable now, and it's made a huge improvement overall. Alex was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and delivered exactly what he promised. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing insulation work done.

Our home has about 20% insulation. Our attic is hotter than outside temperatures now. That heat radiates into the house, no insulation between ceiling and attic. The mess inside the attic is unreal, we can't even have the closed cell taken out because it's like cement. I'm devastated at the mess they left us with. Our house was never a good candidate for closed cell because the sprayers can't reach the eaves. I don't understand why this company did this to us and why they wouldn't fix it. They have a bad reputation with other companies as well. When we get quotes for someone to fix this, they come out of the attic laughing at us.

She was so pleasant, and set me up with an appointment right away. Lori said the tech would be out to my house between 8-9am, and that she would call when he was on his way. That is exactly what happened. Tim arrived shortly after 8am. He was very friendly. He first checked the inside components just to be sure that nothing was going on with them. My issue was with the unit outside, and I appreciate how thorough he was. He found the issue right away and showed me exactly what was going on with the meter he had with him. Tim gave me an excellent price to fix the problem, and went right to work. When he was finished, he said he was going to do a quick check of the rest of the unit. I'm glad that it was working fine. Time was done within 30 minutes of arriving at my house. He even told me about the service contracts that Pro Air offers. I will be calling them and taking one of those contracts to keep the unit running smoothly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Thank you, Pro Air!
