Ironically, the issue happened in the section where I was applying. As someone who is disabled, and fully capable of working (loss my slot), I saw a position that I have been wanting for years. I applied. I was so excited when the next day or two, I was asked to virtual interview. Sailed through. Next phase...sailed through. Next phase, this is where the discriminatory practice comes in. I cannot discuss as the task is proprietary, however this is where an Accommodation request is needed, but there was nothing on the screen. I believe that if you are in any way covered under ADA, NJM is not the place for you. Not because you won't be able to do the job, I have no doubt about that, but because the testing is a set up to fail, at any of the three levels. The career screens that you're sent have all kinds of information in the email on once you're hired. But there was nothing about ADA assistance. I struggled based in my disability. And this most important part is a pass/fail. It's horrible. The email with the final test explains don't over think it and on and on, false you need to seriously think about every section, especially if disabled. So each portion even though the third is pass/fail assigns 33.31%. This third portion is a response test of sorts. Won't pass with my ADA disability. In closing, this has had an affect on me where I've given up. It's humiliating and degrading. So IMO please, be careful with them. There's no response from HR upon follow up. Nothing.Feels like I was just thrown in the trash. Yes, they're great but I now question values. I'm so depressed over it all that I'm terrified to apply anyplace else and I need income. I forgot to mention you are time limited. Again, was fine until 3rd section and all the junk on screens.

I had a recent issue where my homeowners policy dropped me, Diversified told me they secured a new policy but then stopped responding when I asked for proof or policy documents. My home insurance lapsed because they never actually secured a policy, which cost me $600 after my mortgage company secured a retroactive policy. That $600 out of pocket could have been avoided so easily. I dropped Diversified immediately and went to Atlantic Insurance Services where they always respond immediately and are honest with their customers. Finally, I wish I could give Diversified Insurance Agency a zero star, because the 1 star rating is misleading.

Everyone there has always gone above and beyond to help me with my insurance and take care of any problems that arise. It's great to have a local company where I am a person rather than just a number.
