My mother worked with Vince back in October to have her taxes filed for 2023. She received confirmation from March-April that her taxes were on track. On 4/13, the Saturday night before taxes are due, she receives a call from a junior associate asking repetitive questions that were already been answered for Vince by my mom and her lawyer. She then hears nothing until 11:45pm on 4/15 when Joseph Samar calls to tell her that Vince's business would not be handling her taxes and hung up.
