Last year my taxes got "lost" in an old employees e-mail files (he terminated said employee and had NO idea our taxes weren't done). Gave him the benefit of the doubt about that part cause sometimes sh*t happens. Once I figured this out he tells me he filed an extension. After weeks and weeks he finally did our taxes. I'm waiting and waiting and finally get a deposit which is ALL wrong just to find out he "accidentally" filed my state taxes federally. Then tells my husband he amended them. Fast forward actual months and months and NOTHING has been amended. It's now a NEW year and once again tax time and my issue STILL hasn't been figured out from LAST year. Now, he doesn't even respond the the MULTIPLE emails sent to him. Go figure he got his fee and now he's a ghost. Not only will I NEVER recommend anyone to this man, I feel as though he completely ripped me off charging over $600+ for taxes that were NEVER done, at least never done correctly. Appalling.
