He was one of the only contractors who would even come out to give me an estimate for such a small project. Most places refused to come out because I wasn't completely gutting my bathroom. Solid Property Solutions also charges a very reasonable amount for the excellent work that they do. They had to come out twice to complete my projects (I added on the floor and vanity), and both times, they finished before they said they would. They also did a good job cleaning up afterwards.
