Three weeks later, it's leaking Freon again... from the end of the expansion valve. They now replace the valve with a new one and charge $465. Over $1000 for the same problem twice, not even a month apart. They insist that this is a "different part" because it broke loose at the end instead of at the patched part. They charge you to cover up your real issue, then charge you later for more work when they should have replaced it the first time. Money hungry! Will never do business again!!

I had a previous appointment canceled by one of their competitors. The service technician was very professional, mindful, and thorough and did not rush the job. Last Dec my heater went out and they came out next day and was able to make the repair (replaced motor)that same day. My routine maintenance and a repair experinces have been very positive with Quality Service.

Originally called because air conditioner was not working. Determined the freon leak was inside and no fix. Only replace. Well, I thought the technician from Hill's (I guess he's sub-contracted to Quality Service) was being nice by Disabling the "cool" part of the heat pump, so I didn't damage anything in case the thermostat was accidentally set to "cool." WRONG!! Now my inside house fan runs constantly when you put it on "heat." I have to go to the thermostat and turn the unit off/on to get the fan to stop. This is Not Fair. It was Working, they fiddled with something and now the fan Does Not Turn OFF on it's own. They are even Refusing a Free Looksie without repairing. This is OUTRAGEOUS! DO NOT HIRE!! Matt is the one Refusing to at least have a technician come look at no charge. Don't deal with him!!!
