Three weeks later, it's leaking Freon again... from the end of the expansion valve. They now replace the valve with a new one and charge $465. Over $1000 for the same problem twice, not even a month apart. They insist that this is a "different part" because it broke loose at the end instead of at the patched part. They charge you to cover up your real issue, then charge you later for more work when they should have replaced it the first time. Money hungry! Will never do business again!!

Well, I thought the technician from Hill's (I guess he's sub-contracted to Quality Service) was being nice by Disabling the "cool" part of the heat pump, so I didn't damage anything in case the thermostat was accidentally set to "cool." WRONG!! Now my inside house fan runs constantly when you put it on "heat." I have to go to the thermostat and turn the unit off/on to get the fan to stop. This is Not Fair. It was Working, they fiddled with something and now the fan Does Not Turn OFF on it's own. They are even Refusing a Free Looksie without repairing. This is OUTRAGEOUS! DO NOT HIRE!!
