I visited MK nail bar a few years ago now, I remember it like it was yesterday. It all started off I made an appointment, when I arrived the manager asked if I wanted her to do it (it would be more expensive) or someone who was less experienced (that would be less money). I opted for the manager because I thought it would take less time ect and did I regret that decision afterwards. First of all the manager insulted my nails saying oh god you've got those horrible flat nails so these wont stick properly. Then instead of the whole process taking an hour it took about 2hours because she was constantly talking and stopping to answer the phone, even all the less experienced nail technicians were completing their customers before the manager. Once the whole ordeal was finished I was not pleased at all as most of my nails were wonky and for this pleasure it cost me a fortune. I did not like to complain when I was younger so I said nothing , paid and walked away, I never have and never will return back to this place. read more
