She said he got to the home (a very nice custom home with two buildings) early at 1:50 pm and left because they can't do the job due to 2 guys being out. So...security cam shows nobody came. Why would he drive all the way to Spirit Lake if he knew he was 2 guys short and couldn't take the job? Why wouldn't he at least knock on my door? Security cam footage tells the story he did NOT arrive at all according to the cams, my doorbell and common sense. It all sounded very strange and nonsensical to me.

Right away we could tell Kevin was knowledgeable and professional. His price was fair for the work we needed done. We had to wait a few weeks as Summer is his busiest season for exteriors (he also paints interiors during the off seasons). We were willing to wait as we really appreciated his ethical attitude. Kevin called us the week before our project was to begin. He arrived on the exact date and time he had stated. He explained each phase of the project, which included power washing, exterior painting of the body and trim of our home, and staining of our entryway and deck ceilings.
