The customer service was top-tier, and the pricing was more than fair. They also offer a fantastic preventative maintenance plan that includes bi-annual system clean-outs, discounts on parts if repairs are needed, and zero service fees if you ever need to call them out during the year. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Their proposal for a "basic" system not only was the lowest, but when I drilled down into the details, I realized i probably was the least basic, as well, as it included a two-stage furnace, and variable-speed air handler, etc., in contrast to the even more expensive proposals from other HVAC companies. Plus, that lower price included not only the standard 10 year parts warrany and limited lifetime warranty on a couple of major components, but also an extended manufacturer's service contract (labor for 10 years). Other vendors had estimated a two or even three day job, but Mr. Veasey told me he thought his company could do it all in a single day. I was skeptical, but by six hours after arrival, our new system had been installed, the software/firmware had been updated, and clean-up and testing had been completed. They also have been great about keeping us informed, and have shown up when they said they would. Highly recommended!
