This year we had Josh quote repairing another deck, 13 steps ( 20 ft long) and rails. They started the job exactly when they said they would. Everyday when they left the back yard was clear and organized. They were very respectful to our neighbors for the 6 days they were here. We could not be any happier with the job they did!!! Looking forward to cooler weather so we can once again entertain on the decks. Josh was super easy to work with. Highly recommend Josh and his team for creating an amazing outdoor space.

The craftsmanship is outstanding, and every detail--from the layout to the materials--was handled with care and professionalism. The team was respectful, communicative, and always on time. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Now I have a beautiful outdoor space that feels like an extension of my home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a personalized, high-quality deck!

Called them to reschedule and they made another appointment for the next week. The day and time came but no one showed. Did receive a call until 3 hours later to tell me that they would have to reschedule until the following week. The following week was a no go as well. They finally showed the next week. After taking the old fence and set new poles the lead told me they would be back in 3 days or so to put up the new metal fence. They told me they could do it in 2 days due to having 4 dogs. They showed on day and finished with the wrong colors that my wife picked. Called them and they stated that we picked the colors and we were to late in changing it. We never tried changing the colors and so we were stuck with what we have and I am going to try and salvage and paint it the right colors. So be sure you have the right colors.

The quality of the ornamental fence is excellent the black looks sophisticated and is double powdered. The value of our home has gone up with the new fencing from A-1 Fence and Welding. The value has gone up because the added perimeter fencing defines the outdoor space as being a gather area with pleasing and classy decor appeal. Mrs. T.

Tony and his crew were hard working, trustworthy, meticulous, respectful and extremely proactive communicators. I had tight timelines around these few renovations. They were very flexible around timelines and able to get started within days. As any homeowner in the area can attest, it's difficult getting contractors to commit to projects less than a full house renovation or new build. Tony Lazzaretto Construction will definitely be my go to moving forward. Highly recommend!!!

They were responsive via both email and telephone. I'm very happy with my deck and would recommend them to others. We just moved to the area recently (military) so online reputations are very important to us as it's all we have to go off of when making decisions for projects like this. The fact that they had an updated, responsive website was a huge deal for me. Working full time, it's hard to find the time during the day to call around for things like this so it was great that they communicated via email too. Us needy millennials. :)

I am a current customer of Texas Home Pro, they have not completed our project and continue to give…read morethe run around and say contractors will show up and then they do not. I made a reasonable request as we are two months into the project for our garage conversion and they should have been finished by now, to either refund the money for the uncompleted work or actually finish the project. I will update my review/post when either they complete it or refund our money for the work that is left uncompleted. I paid them $37,674.29 to complete the project back in April of 2026. 8 weeks is a reasonable time to complete the project and yet they still have not. The demolition was on 8 June. It is now 3 August. We decided to cancel the project with them (on 29 July, after the 4th no show) since they seem to not be able to complete it and give us a refund for the uncompleted work which is a basic concept or for them to finish the project as paid for and promised. Its a constant process of them scheduling people to come out and then they don't and continue to say they will finish the project "soon", my definition of soon is not continued delays week after week after week. The project manager doesn't even know if they do or don't show, we had to notify them they did not show up yet again (text message proof that he would "figure it out" and never did which led to us wanting to cut ties with them). The last day they did any work was on July 10th for the framing. They stated they would still hold their promise and still have intentions of finishing but also sent an email from their legal team stating they do not owe us a refund as they have not "breached their contract" - not finishing the project is definitely a breach and not giving a refund for uncompleted work definitely is a breach. I hope they can fix this or simply refund the money for the uncompleted work. Not a good way for them to support a disabled veteran like myself. Recommendations for legal support would be great. Everything in this post is completely accurate and is not in defamation - only in my review and supporting documents which are true and no lies are being told here. They are doing this to a multitude of homeowners in the area many are pursuing legal action. Don't use them. They report all bad reviews as spam so it is removed. They also have not paid many of their subcontractors, including ones that did work on the project.
