Sadly covid has really thrown this industry for a loop. But prior to shuddering the salon was always very clean,and beautifully decorated, in addition to being a warm friendly place. I know sanitation is a big deal with Kim the owner as well as Paige. I'm a germaphobe and always felt confident as they wash and sanitize hands and arms between each client. And I would watch as they replace the paper covering on the headrest. Very important for me! Decided to go here because it's really near by my house and I saw the review they have good reviews. Anyways I got mink lashes and since I don't usually get lashes done I asked the person who's going to assist me what's size of lashes that's better. She keep saying it's up to me and because different people have different opinions. I know that's but I wouldn't ask for her opinion if I'm not okay with it. I followed her instructions not to wet and touch it but the next day it's falling off. I had a different person do the fill and the lash glue that she used she said that was the only glue that they had there so she wasn't sure what I was talking about when I told her that I have a sensitivity to lash glue and I would like her to use the hypoallergenic or the lash glue that was for people that were allergic anyway she went ahead and put the lashes on which looks great but then when I got home that very night, my eyes were extremely itchy and burning and watering the next morning I went back and they had to remove my lashes. I had signed up for a membership and I had paid for the first two lashes first two sets of lashes. I mean to be put on for a discounted amount anyway as you can imagine I canceled my monthly membership and I asked them to please refund my money for the second set of lashes they refused and said that I signed something saying that I knew that I could possibly be allergic which I'm sure I did, but I didn't read all the small print. The other thing is that they also told me that they removed the lashes for me for free which was usually a $68 service or $59 service anyway the point being that I felt that they should've refunded me my money for the second set of lashes or at least gave me a credit towards some other service, but they refused. Therefore, I was very unhappy with the outcome. Obviously, I will never be going back. I do have to say, though that Nadia was very sweet and everybody treated me well there, but the fact that the owner refused to give me back the money or credit me for the second set that I never got to wear it except for one day and the lash removal stuff that they put on made my allergy much worse so for five days I suffered and had to live on Benadryl from the itching and burning on my eyes anyway that's my honest assessment of the place. It's in Laguna Niguel so proceed with caution Wendi.

I'd never go to anyone else. She's so reliable and truly cares about you and your style. She makes sure to ask you what you want, offer suggestions and leaves time at the end of the appointment incase there's ever anything else she can do for you. Her location is great. Her spot is conveniently inside Phoenix Salons and she's made it her own! The space is cute and comfortable. What I also love is that there is so much parking! And right next to Trader Joe's so my lashes always look fabulous as I'm doing my grocery shopping for the week, haha Def come here for all your lash needs (both extensions and lash lifts!)

They're both very sweet and work quickly. They record all of my preference changes and do a good job of doing what I like each time without having to remind them. I took a break from lashes the past month and my lashes aren't damaged like they have been after prior studios I've gone to. The place is always quiet and clean and parking is easy.
