His crew is excellent. I always felt comfortable with their work. And everybody was very friendly. They always cleaned up after themselves. Nothing got broken. I contacted Coats of Quality/Michael needing a room painted. We scheduled a visit for him to see…read morethe room and discuss paint, etc. for a quote, the price seemed fair to me and we went from there. He showed up promptly and began work. The job took longer than estimated, but I did not mind that as I prefer a job well done over a job done quickly. That said, after being out for a few hours to let the paint dry, upon inspection I did note some spots on the walls and ceiling that had not been covered/were missed. Nothing major, but still slightly disappointing. It was also noted that there appeared to have been a slight paint spill which had been cleaned up, but still left paint visible on the carpet fibers. Despite these issues, the overall work was good and the old darker colors did not show through the new. I reached out to Michael regarding these issues and he was apologetic and understanding, taking my concerns seriously and offering other service to make up for it. All in all, I am relatively happy with the service provided and would be willing to give Michael another try in the future if I need painting done.

Getting a roof replaced is like going to the dentist. You know you have to do it , but overall it's…read morenot the most enjoyable thing to do. The disruption, the mess and ultimately the cost can be a headache. We have used Lopez Roofing for our commercial building and just recently our home. We have always found their services to be quick and professional. They had a crew of 10 workman completely replace our roof, added 40 ft of gutters and repaired/painted damaged fascia in less than 12 hours. While one portion of the crew was removing and replacing shingles another was constantly cleaning and sweeping debris. The place was pristine when they left. Although they gave me an initial estimate to complete the job, they were very open to negotiating a cost that was a win win for everybody. Originally I proposed that they give me an estimate for the house only and not the separate garage since I was paying out of pocket and on a budget. They offered to lay a layer of shingles on the separate garage building at no extra cost to match the house. They only thing they required is that I use a slightly different color shingle than what I originally wanted. The color was not a big issue, so I readily agreed. They had no obligation to do that, but they did.As it turns out that house and garage building turned out beautiful. And it was all at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!
