I try to stick to an 80/20 ish lifestyle between healthy eating and junk. We've both eaten food more than week past the "best by date". The chicken breast is tender and moist. I love looking forward to the menu changes. The Snickerdoodle Waffles are amazing! I feel like I can indulge with Snickerdoodle Waffles and not feel guilt b/c the ingredients are all whole foods and not processed. As far as my body goes, I've noticed a huge difference from cutting out the processed foods during mealtime. I've definitely leaned out, but maintained the same weight on the scale. My workouts are sustainable and I don't feel completely fatigued from lack of fuel. Delivery is always on time. Overall, I highly recommend F&F.

Andrew was punctual, incredibly helpful, and a pleasure to work with. the value was great considering how flawless the service was. he set up while we had cocktails and before you knew it we were eating fresh (really delicious) crabs. while we did that, he set up the boil with real plates and silverware, tables, etc; we didn't even notice and we just moved on to the next part of the meal. as we finished desert, we looked up and everything was clean and put back in its place. it was a great experience and the food was fresh, local, and high quality. as a charleston native, it was great to come back and remember how much i missed the food. i highly recommend the smoking pot!
