If you…read moreare looking for a mediocre cleaning that is twice the going rate in Birmingham with a company that NEVER shows up when scheduled and cannot communicate, the The Cleaning Authority is your company to choose. I got an estimate of $325 to do a deep clean of my house. When they showed up the first time an hour and a half late, I tried to communicate what I needed done but I couldn't because not a single person on the staff, except the manager who wasn't on site, spoke English. After they left, I not only got a bill for $630.00 but they missed so much I had to ask them to come back. When they came back, they were 7 1/2 hours late and I told them they would have to come back another day. When they came back, they were late again. I heard one of them say "bye" from the front door. I stopped them and looked around and they STILL had not done what I asked, so, I had to just do it myself. The reason they give to justify their high prices is that they are a 100% green company. What they actually do is send more people than they quoted who spend twice as much time and do half the work. I was reassured that they had sent their absolute best crew. If I had their best crew, I would hate to see their worst crew.
