One of the novelties has to be the liquid nitrogen frozen ice-cream. I am an arts student so if you ask me what that means, I will proudly say I HAVE NO IDEA. But it is new, it is ice cream and it is tasty. The first time I saw Lab Made was when I was at Knutsford Terrace. It is said that the ice cream is frozen in less than two minutes, and the best part is you can see this happen. With the icy mist emitting from the machine, you will be just as excited without even tasting it. As for the taste, its flavor is definitely stronger and smoother as well. The price is around HKD$30 to HKD50. Science is definitely not cheap.
So if you are looking forward to going into the state of the art icy cream factory, come to the one at TMTP, it literally takes less than a minute to get your order ready!
