This would have been a 4 star of higher review if Pete, That DJ Guy, had not decided that the…read morenight's cut off would be the girl right in front of me, when there was no one else behind me. He claims it was based on how many songs I had already sung, but those of us who have done this before know that's not true. (I only sang 3 songs by myself and stood on the stage for 2 others to get my roomie up there singing) Now, I really was not that upset about it until the girl in front of me finished singing and then the owners of the restaurant got up and sand two songs. Excuse me, but who is making sure the bills get paid? I believe that would be the customers. Now that I'm done complaining...That DJ Guy has great equipment, is very friendly, fun sound effects and a few props. I really enjoyed the karaoke and everyone sounded great, even if they weren't. And the day of the event, DJ Mike showed up an hour early and began set-up. He helped get the party going by playing music while we prepared for guests. During the gathering, DJMike kept an eye on the crowd and played songs to keep up the momentum. When we had raffles, DJMike would play a drumroll or the "Jeopardy" theme. So fun!
