We've done many different sessions including drivers (multiple times), where we try out different manufacturers and shafts to really dial it in. My latest driver fitting has really helped: driver feels great, is consistent, and I don't have to think about much - relax and let it rip! I've also done separate iron, woods, and most recently a dedicated wedge session. The wedge fitting was awesome- ended up seeing much better numbers on a brand that wasn't on my radar. Numbers don't lie! Their Lab Golf putter fitting is excellent too - super knowledgeable and patient with you when going over all the specs. Overall Kevin is knowledgeable, patient and provides a ton of insight into dialing things in. Their technology for the hitting machines is up to date and clean too. If you're going to invest in some new equipment, I highly recommend you set up an appointment with Kevin

The lesson was thorough and covered things that seemed important. I felt like the way they figure out your ability was pretty extensive and showed your ability well. I feel like after my first experience that Gene deserved a 5 star review. I will write another review after I have some lessons.

I paid them 2500 dollars for golf lessons back in 2020, but with Covid it was difficult and scary to be in a closed environment. So about a year or two ago, I called them to see if I can start the golf lessons back up again. I did this twice and to this day, I haven't even received a courtesy call from management.

Looking at some videos from my first range session to where I'm at only 4 short weeks later is astounding. I even recently got fitted for a driver and was complimented on my swing. I called Shaftopia and spoke with someone who said he was the "distributor." I asked what length the shaft would play at once installed in my mini driver. He kept talking over me and saying, "You mean DRIVER?" I told him no, mini driver. Their website doesn't have a mini driver option like other shaft distributors do, so I selected fairway wood instead of driver because the Titleist GTS300 Mini Driver uses a fairway wood adapter. I asked again what length the shaft would play at, and his response was, "Do you have Google?" Couldn't believe how rude and unhelpful he was over a pretty simple question. First and last time ordering from this place.

There were two men and a woman standing at the front of the store, but no one greeted me, offered assistance, or even acknowledged that I was there. After feeling ignored and uncomfortable, I put the clubs back and left. No one said goodbye or even acknowledged me as I walked out. I had to get my clubs reshafted due to recent spinal fusion. I needed the clubs to have very…read morespecific swing weights. Jim assured me it would not be an issue. When I received my clubs I had a feeling that they were not weighted correctly so I brought them to a golf shop and found that the six and seven iron were two full swing weights higher then the 5 iron and the 8 iron. Weights went from D2.5 (5 iron) to D4.5 (6) and D4.8 (7) back down to D3 (8 iron). A pretty drastic difference in the middle of the set. I asked Jim how he wanted to handle the mistake and he offered to make all adjustments but wanted to charge me $175! I had also asked him to be sure to build to stock Srixon heights. All the clubs are shorter than they then listed heights, not to mention my 5 & 6 iron are the exact same height. Clubs looked great but I would have preferred them to be functional rather than just pretty. I found a local club builder to have the set balanced and swing weights matched. Now they are perfect and play wonderfully.
