She's a nice person but her English ability is abysmal. Clear language is a necessity for talk-heavy therapy like this. I could barely understand a word she said, and it seemed she could barely understand me, a native English speaker. Additionally, and far worse, after we "agreed" what would be discussed/worked on in the therapy, she just decided to do her own thing and tried to convince me my "mother" abused me (despite being raised by a single father) and that's why I have anxiety. It was traumatizing to have a "professional" lie to me like that in a position as vulnerable as hypnosis. A red flag is that she kept using the word "repeat customer" to describe her regular patients. I don't believe she sees her clients as people to help, but as cash cows that she takes advantage of. read more

I have heard a lot of good things about hypnosis. After suffering years of chronic insomnia and depression, I was desperate to try anything that can potentially help. I don't care if it is real or fake, I just did not want to continue to live under the shadows of insomnia and depression. My Insomnia: I have suffered from insomnia for about 3-4 years or so, sleeping at most 3-4 hours a night. There are many many nights, I cannot sleep at all. During the worst time, I couldn't sleep for 3 days straight! I will never ever forget that hellish feeling and those experiences that led me to it. I tried two kinds of prescription pills. I took her SKYPE session for the first time, and it was no problem. I lay on my bed with my laptop, so it was same as I took her therapy on her couch. I forgot the detail of the " in the wood" hypno therapy ( visualization), however after that I clearly put some distance from my problem. I guess she did some magic for my subconscious. Also, we saw same visual through an energy work and it was a shock to me. Because, the vision I often see when I close my eyes, she recognized. Definitely a great hypnotist and I don't doubt her skills to hypnotize people. I clearly expressed what I wanted to work on. I was taking twice hypnosis sessions with her. Both times I didn't had a chance to work on what I wanted. I felt there was no base in this sessions for me to enter what I needed. The sessions make you swap into different directions. A hypnotist can build up the sessions for your needs. I find it terrible when a hypnotist insists to go through the session, even when You realize that You are on a wrong path and it's way up and the hypnotist puts you through it anyways and causes a PTSD reaction. Terrible and dangerous. Be aware of and choose very well a hypnotist. There are so many problems you could potentially go through and open up, anything you want too. A good hypnotist listens to you and helps you and not just opens up things you didn't asked for, or insist to stay and go through even if you don't want too. Doing hypnosis sessions is not an outrageous trick, being able to respond proper and deal with aftermath and not just push it on the person and say afterwards, "But this is how it is". Great for experiments with your mind if you don't mind not achieving what you need or get bad triggered by hypnotist bc pushes to face it even if you clearly ask to stop and focus on what you came for. Take the sessions as a game and STOP if you don't like. There was no platform for my needs so I can achieve what I came for. I had no chance to develop or go in the sessions where I needed too. I'm freelance and if my clients don't get what they asked for, I don't charge them or at least admit that I failed. Either you are good and I have results from doing it or you are just discovering random problems and not working focused is expensive, bad and traumatizing. read more

I am so grateful to have found Mitsu. I have been seeing her over a year and I have to say that I have made more progress in that time than during 7+ years of traditional therapy. She has not only helped me with my eating problems (which is the initial reason I went to see her) but she has made me realize there was so much more going on in my life that were the roots of my distress. I went to there to release my stress with my husband. I thought he was creating my negative feelings. But Dr. Mitsu guided me where those feelings comes from and found my trauma when I was in the mother's womb. After she released my trauma, I felt great and no stress. I came to see Mitsu after experiencing cycling thoughts and anxiety and emptiness while being alone and it was one of the best decisions that I have acted upon. I was new to hypnosis and Mitsu took time to give me an understanding of the process, what we wanted to accomplish in the session, and how that would be done. We discussed my issues and Mitsu actively listened and asked questions to gain an understanding of what I was expressing and feeling. I'd been struggling with my issues years and years with expensive psychotherapy. I decided to try her just as I thought I have nothing else to lose. Mitsu is a lovely person who makes patients and families feel comfortable and is also open to children who are different. She was fabulous with my daughter who suffered with depression and anxiety. My daughter could not sit at a restaurant without being overwhelmed from the noise and crowd. Four sessions into hypnosis and no one was able to tell that this teen had anxiety. Hypno-therapy is not how it is described on TV. It is mostly a long session with a therapist who asks questions starting from an early age. You will feel strange after the first session, than the second you might feel that it is a waste of time. The third session, the anxiety starts fading and the patient does not realize it. Also, Mitsu's manners and etiquette brings you back time and time again. Nothing compares to Japanese etiquette. I am the parent, and I feel that I went to visit a friend. Mitsu walks with us to the elevator and says goodbye. I compared it to visiting a friend at her house. Mitsu makes it clear that she is not a physician, and can only help with certain issues.
