She's a nice person but her English ability is abysmal. Clear language is a necessity for talk-heavy therapy like this. I could barely understand a word she said, and it seemed she could barely understand me, a native English speaker. Additionally, and far worse, after we "agreed" what would be discussed/worked on in the therapy, she just decided to do her own thing and tried to convince me my "mother" abused me (despite being raised by a single father) and that's why I have anxiety. It was traumatizing to have a "professional" lie to me like that in a position as vulnerable as hypnosis. A red flag is that she kept using the word "repeat customer" to describe her regular patients. I don't believe she sees her clients as people to help, but as cash cows that she takes advantage of. read more

I have heard a lot of good things about hypnosis. After suffering years of chronic insomnia and depression, I was desperate to try anything that can potentially help. I don't care if it is real or fake, I just did not want to continue to live under the shadows of insomnia and depression. My Insomnia: I have suffered from insomnia for about 3-4 years or so, sleeping at most 3-4 hours a night. There are many many nights, I cannot sleep at all. During the worst time, I couldn't sleep for 3 days straight! I will never ever forget that hellish feeling and those experiences that led me to it. I tried two kinds of prescription pills. One totally failed to work. The other one stopped working after the 1st time. So I gave up on prescription pills. My first session with Mitsu After the first session with Mitsu, I went home and slept better that day. After that, I immediately booked a 6 full package session with her. Because I feel very confident that it will help me with my insomnia. That was exactly what happened. I am going to skip all the details of my hypnosis sessions. Some of the stuff that came out changed my perception of reality forever. You have to be open to experience the hypnosis yourself. Overall, it felt like some super heavy junks were lifted from my soul. My healing journey did not stop with Mitsu. After that, I tried Reiki (also first heard about it from Mitsu). I continued to explore different modalities of healing. Since I first met Mitsu, I now felt like I have been reborn as a person. I also felt like Mitsu was the first human being that guided me to the path of healing. Thank you! read more

I saw Mitsu for several hypnotherapy sessions and would highly recommend the process (and have to several friends!) for anyone who has found themselves feeling "stuck" in a bad habit, place, or just overall negative perception of their lives. You will dig deep in hypnotherapy and go places that you may not expect. You will be grateful, however, to uncover how your known fears and anxieties - or experiences buried in your subconscious - have shaped your behavior and your outlook on life. With that realization you can begin to acknowledge, heal and move forward with a new perspective on what you can accomplish --and, if needed, cut from your life. If you are open to the process and want to tap into the feelings that may be hindering the progress you're searching for, I would highly suggest seeing Mitsu. I began to see changes in my behavior, and, more importantly, my perspective on things, after just one session. Stick with the process and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at the transformation that can take place! read more

I took her SKYPE session for the first time, and it was no problem. I lay on my bed with my laptop, so it was same as I took her therapy on her couch. I forgot the detail of the " in the wood" hypno therapy ( visualization), however after that I clearly put some distance from my problem. I guess she did some magic for my subconscious. Also, we saw same visual through an energy work and it was a shock to me. Because, the vision I often see when I close my eyes, she recognized. I would like to have another session when I feel blue, she is an insurance of my heart. read more

I had 2 hypnotherapy sessions from Mitsu. While I was in the session I felt like she was peeling onion one layer at the time...slowly got to the core. It was very natural. I went there very casual reason but in the end I discovered something big I totally forgot. Thank you Mitsu for this amazing session! Highly recommended if you really want to know when your habit became habit and why. Also she is very positive high energy person. That's a plus! read more

I had an experience of hypnotherapy with different therapists several years ago and knew already how it works well. In comparison of my past experiences, I feel Mitsu is truly genuine and did really good job. Not only her reliable technic, but her compassionate manner brought me to the next level in my personal journey. read more

Definitely a great hypnotist and I don't doubt her skills to hypnotize people. I clearly expressed what I wanted to work on. I was taking twice hypnosis sessions with her. Both times I didn't had a chance to work on what I wanted. I felt there was no base in this sessions for me to enter what I needed. The sessions make you swap into different directions. A hypnotist can build up the sessions for your needs. I find it terrible when a hypnotist insists to go through the session, even when You realize that You are on a wrong path and it's way up and the hypnotist puts you through it anyways and causes a PTSD reaction. Terrible and dangerous. Be aware of and choose very well a hypnotist. There are so many problems you could potentially go through and open up, anything you want too. A good hypnotist listens to you and helps you and not just opens up things you didn't asked for, or insist to stay and go through even if you don't want too. Doing hypnosis sessions is not an outrageous trick, being able to respond proper and deal with aftermath and not just push it on the person and say afterwards, "But this is how it is". Great for experiments with your mind if you don't mind not achieving what you need or get bad triggered by hypnotist bc pushes to face it even if you clearly ask to stop and focus on what you came for. Take the sessions as a game and STOP if you don't like. There was no platform for my needs so I can achieve what I came for. I had no chance to develop or go in the sessions where I needed too. I'm freelance and if my clients don't get what they asked for, I don't charge them or at least admit that I failed. Either you are good and I have results from doing it or you are just discovering random problems and not working focused is expensive, bad and traumatizing. read more

I am so grateful to have found Mitsu. I have been seeing her over a year and I have to say that I have made more progress in that time than during 7+ years of traditional therapy. She has not only helped me with my eating problems (which is the initial reason I went to see her) but she has made me realize there was so much more going on in my life that were the roots of my distress. Even my close friends and family see that I have improved since I have been seeing Mitsu. She is always very responsive and accommodating with schedules. She is an amazing person. She is professional and kind and has made the process of hypnosis much easier for me as this was completely new to me before. read more

9/14/18-Mitsu's session has me on cloud 9. There was something bothering me for a long time, what was uncovered was something I didn't expect but is the foundation of painful experiences I've had all my life. Mitsu's life work is powerful! It gets to the root cause of issues and changes the perspective of it. She does it in a gentle and effective manner! Mitsu is highly skilled and experienced. Her cool and confident manner put me at ease and is contagious. 9/15/18-Now it's the day after my session and I'm feeling happier and more confident... I feel more self love because she got to the origin of something that occurred when I was 4 years old that I consciously didn't remember...after that incident occurred I started running a program that has stuck with me all my life that was sabotaging me. I was able to connect to that 4 year old in me, talk to her from my loving adult perspective and heal a deep wound. The progress that was made with Mitsu last night would have taken much longer with other types of therapies! read more

I went to there to release my stress with my husband. I thought he was creating my negative feelings. But Dr. Mitsu guided me where those feelings comes from and found my trauma when I was in the mother's womb. After she released my trauma, I felt great and no stress. My husband noticed my changes and his aggressive attitudes calmed down, too. I really appreciate her professional session and strongly recommend others. All I want to say is Dr. Mitsu is great! read more

I came to see Mitsu after experiencing cycling thoughts and anxiety and emptiness while being alone and it was one of the best decisions that I have acted upon. I was new to hypnosis and Mitsu took time to give me an understanding of the process, what we wanted to accomplish in the session, and how that would be done. We discussed my issues and Mitsu actively listened and asked questions to gain an understanding of what I was expressing and feeling. After our discussion, Mitsu used sounds intermixed with her calming voice to ease me into a relaxing meditation. During the hypnosis I felt as ease and trusted Mitsu's direction on where ever the path would lead. I was able to be open and honest in the environment created during the session. As the rest of the world faded away, it was intense... at points tears streamed from my eyes, but I wasn't sad, only experiencing and releasing emotions and energy that was bubbling up and being releasing from my subconscious and memories. I have had two sessions of hypnosis so far, both organically tailored each time by my intention and Mitsu's insight and perspective. Each night and for the days after the sessions, I saw that my intentions were being realized, with positive results after the first session. I stopped cycling through negative thoughts and actions and doubt, I felt comfortable and a change in my energy and perspective. The incredible change in my thoughts, actions and perspective resulting from my time in the sessions is profound to me. It is something I had to experience to believe and am still thinking about it and growing from these experiences. The mind is a complex fascinating world, Mitsu helped me navigate and weave through all the threads to tie my life back together. She returned me to myself, my emptiness filled, my diamond polished and shining. I highly recommend giving a session a try and see what the outcome of your own experience is. read more

I'd been struggling with my issues years and years with expensive psychotherapy. I decided to try her just as I thought I have nothing else to lose. I went to see her almost a year ago, and I can tell you that my life changed so drastically from a previous year. I quit a job I was on for last 15 years, took a nice long vacation, discovered what I really should be doing, got a new (wonderful) job, and now I am focusing on my true calling. I went back to school, met many wonderful and supportive new friends for my future career. Life is not easy, and it is a constant struggle. Mitsu is not a miracle worker. She is super friendly, easy to talk to, sincere and caring. She is also realistic, and does NOT promise or sell anything unrealistically. She is patient, will talk to you with any issues/concerns prior, during and after sessions. But sessions with her can be your life-changing experience. She is a true 'server' to her patient, and she will help you to guide and discover the self you already are. read more

I suffered serious insomnia and anxiety issues for the past 2 years. I finally decided to try out therapy. Upon doing some research, I reached out to Mitsu. Mitsu only has 1 yelp review. But somehow I felt that it is going to be her. I have been seeing her since January. Mitsu has helped me with many issues: past hurts, repetitive haunting dreams, and anxieties. I am always amazed by the things that came up during my sessions with Mitsu. I often wonder whether they are real. If you had hypnotherapy before, you will probably understand what I am talking about. At the end of the day, what is important is that the therapy works. Some of the people and things that have constantly bothered me for the past 2 years are now far and distant. I am much happier now and my anxieties are getting better. Mitsu is also a psychotherapist. Mitsu is very compassionate and understanding. She has provided me with great and well rounded suggestions to tackle various issues in my life. Furthermore, her skills as a both psychotherapist and hypnotherapist gives her deep insights about human psyche and how to help her clients. If you have suffered from chronic insomnia, anxiety, or any other setbacks in life. Don't hesitate to reach out for help because life on the other side is much much brighter. I would recommend you to give Mitsu a try if you are thinking about hypnotherapy. read more

We only use about five percent of our brains. Mitsu makes accessing the lower 95 seem effortless. Very surprising, and illuminating.

I just finished my package with Mitsu and I am extremely happy with the results. I had tried regular therapy several times in the past but after a couple of sessions I felt I was going nowhere, so I would stop. With hypnotherapy, my usual filters are gone, so from the very first session I left with some new knowledge about my self and the issues I had to work on. It could be overwhelming, but Mitsu´s help in figuring out their deep rooted causes and her guidance in how to reprogram some hurtful and negative unconscious patterns has been invaluable. Along with my own reading and reflecting about the issues that would come up, with meditation and other support, I have been able to take better care of these issues and feel more centered. From the first moment I saw Mitsu, I felt at ease. She is funny and very compassionate. I highly recommend her. read more

Mitsu's hypnosis had an immediate impact on me right after the first session. She guided me to ease into subconscious easily. I was fully aware throughout the session. I walked out the hypnotherapy learning not only more about why I feel certain way toward certain people/ events but more importantly a sense of relief of the unconscious bottling of feelings. I felt better immediately after the first session. read more

I had a great experience with Mitsu. I loved her session and loved to hear what she explained me about psychology. I had only one session but now I understood why I've been stressing and how it comes from. This is great to know and must to know if you are suffering from a strange feeling you can not efface from your heart. Our life is sometimes up and down, but if you know how to treat yourself, you could get over it easier. I highly recommend Mitsu to have a session to understand yourself better. Thank you Mitsu san!! :) read more

I have never had any experience with hypnotism. Mitsu's process is not the usual vaudeville we see, which is entertainment. She guided me into a deep, relaxed kind of meditational state where the cause of a long standing emotional cycle was made conscious. I sense her knowledge and intuitive understanding of the psychological and neurological is deep. She has a warm human, and gentle manner which for me was very comforting. Mitsu is a true healer. I recommend her to anyone who seeks a resolution to any emotional and psychological conditions. Many thanks to you Mitsu! read more

I had a session with Mitsu last week for my minor problem. She listened to my little complicated story carefully, and gave me a session which made me totally relaxed. I had a problem and recently I could not get things done as usual for my to do list. I don't say I recovered 100% from the bad condition, but now I can complete at least 1 main thing of the day. I feel my mental block has gone. Thanks a lot, Mitsu!!! read more

I stumbled upon Mitsu's Hypnosis Session on Groupon and decided to use it because I was feeling extremely depressed. After that first session, I did start to feel a lot better but I returned for couple more sessions because there were some issues in my life that needed to be resolved. Thanks to Mitsu, I don't feel alone anymore. I feel more confident, optimistic, and more connected to the people in my life. She is truly amazing and I recommend her to everyone. read more

Mitsu is a lovely person who makes patients and families feel comfortable and is also open to children who are different. She was fabulous with my daughter who suffered with depression and anxiety. My daughter could not sit at a restaurant without being overwhelmed from the noise and crowd. Four sessions into hypnosis and no one was able to tell that this teen had anxiety. Hypno-therapy is not how it is described on TV. It is mostly a long session with a therapist who asks questions starting from an early age. You will feel strange after the first session, than the second you might feel that it is a waste of time. The third session, the anxiety starts fading and the patient does not realize it. Also, Mitsu's manners and etiquette brings you back time and time again. Nothing compares to Japanese etiquette. I am the parent, and I feel that I went to visit a friend. Mitsu walks with us to the elevator and says goodbye. I compared it to visiting a friend at her house. Mitsu makes it clear that she is not a physician, and can only help with certain issues. If she cannot help, then she honestly explains why. Thank you, Mitsu. It is a pleasure to have found you and we are grateful to you for helping our daughter have a normal life again. read more
