Wife went to PU a few months ago staff was rude to her and said they couldn't get it was a bio hazzard. They called me said they came. Up with a value and put a credit on acct. Go in today they say the crown was gold plated.. Never heard such a thing. Gold plated would worn off after 15-20+ years. Dr asked if I was calling him a.liar said yep. You couldn't identify which was mine the day my wife went to PU but you now all sudden did\can with gold scam guy. Total BS.. But anything outside of the semi-annual cleaning sends me into a fit of anxiety. I started coming to Frankenbery Johnson over ten years ago. My son and I both come to this clinic. My son is on the autism spectrum and has a hard time with new sensations or noises. Our dental hygienist, Lisa, is fantastic. She explains everything to him before she does it and allows him to feel each machine with his fingers while it's making a noise so that he knows what to expect. Dr. Rohr is probably the best dentist I've had in my entire life. She's patient with both me and my son and seems to remember personal details. At one point I had a reaction to the medication injected into my gums to numb me and she knew exactly what the problem was and talked me down. I never felt a thing after that. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new dentist.
