My husband and I were a few minutes late getting there but he came out and introduced himself to us and ask if it would be okay if he saw another patient ahead of us so that he could give us the attention that he felt we deserved. He told us that he did not want to rush our visit. How amazing is that, we were late not him. I have had some good doctors in my life time but never with such great presence. Even though my husband did not have his medical records with him he assured us that he rather assess his medical history based on the medication he was on and his questionnaire of my husband medical history. I looked at three other doctors portfolio's on line but i never read through anyone of them. I kept coming back to Dr. Wadhwa every time. The spirit in my heart told me not to look any further, his portfolio spoke to my husbands medical condition and after meeting him I knew we made the right decision. I'm filled with so much joy knowing that we made the right decision and that we both will be well taken care of but Dr. Wadhwa can lead us to the water but he surely can't make us drink it, therefore we must do our part as well. Thanks, Dr. Wadhwa for accepting us as your patients. Olivia B. and Earl A.

I have been seeing the PA-C Ms. Renee Lapointe and I couldnt be more happier. Ms. Renee is very thorough on examination, she takes time to listen to your needs and for some reason I tent to get anxious inside a doctor's office but she always set a comfortable vibe inside the room, she always make sure she answer all my questions before I leave the office. There were times I have to contact/ send her a message thru patient portal and she always responds quickly. I just had my Annual Physical done which I need to have some lab drawn there's a laboratory next door and I also have a great experience with their service and staff. The results came back so quick and received a message from the PA the next day regarding my results. Overall, I highly recommend this Doctor's office, plus there's no long wait and easy to book appointments.

It was a pain to drive my car with one hand, so in turn, I was 8 minutes late. The receptionist told me they would reschedule my appointment because they had this 5 minute rule (they showed me the sign on the desk to prove it, or to rub it in because it seemed like the lead receptionist enjoyed in canceling the appointment) This receptionist also argued with me when I asked to speak to a manager and even threatened she wouldn't cancel any future appointment. Who's the boss here, the receptionist or the doctors? I spoke to the manager and she was of no help. It seems like this office thrives on bullying the customer. Customers keep them in business. It's like biting the hand that feeds you. (MY CAT!) So my appointment was rescheduled for hours later (keep in mind my hand is still in pain, infected and swollen. I guess no one cares if I lose my hand to infection.) I met with a nurse and she was very friendly and sent me off with antibiotics. I was better in about 2 weeks. It is like two different world's at this office. The front office is like a 3rd world country type of customer service, and the back office is like what people think America should be- First world civilized country wanting to take care of you. To add, when I left in the elevator after the first appointment was canceled another patient from the waiting room agreed with me. They said the customer service is ridiculous. I wonder how many others think the same. Running a business is difficult. The easiest part if taking care of customers-it is if you actually care about them. I am not sure how a physician office can operate and hate the customer. Seems counterintuitive. Avoid this office unless you're craving some drama in your life.

When I got stuck in heavy traffic, I immediately called their call center. The representative clearly informed me that there is a 15-minute grace period and that if I arrived before 10:45 AM, I would still be seen. I rushed and arrived at 10:43 AM. When I walked in, the front-desk receptionist was outside in the hallway on her personal phone. She came inside 10:44 AM. I explained that I had an appointment, had already checked in online the day before, and had also notified the call center that I might be slightly late. She took my ID and insurance card, then at 10:46 AM told me that I needed to reschedule. It honestly looked like the front desk receptionist had no interest in doing her job. Instead of following her own office policies or showing basic professionalism, she seemed perfectly fine wasting patients' valuable time. She acted as if rescheduling people was easier than actually helping them. It's clear she has no understanding--or concern--for how valuable someone's time is, especially when the patient followed all the instructions given by their own system. This was completely unacceptable. I arrived within the grace period, I communicated ahead of time, and still I was turned away due to staff negligence and lack of professionalism. This office needs serious improvement in customer service, accountability, and the way they respect patients' time.

In 1991, when I was 16 years old, I was experiencing a number of strange infections. At once point, she pulled my mother aside and said "your daughter has a severe ecoli infection in her vagina, and she doesn't have a fever or an elevated white cell blood count, and that isn't normal". Unfortunately, my mother (for reasons perhaps only a psychologist can help me with), blew it off, attributing it to just normal growing whatever, but Dr. Zarick was insistent that there was something wrong (and that I needed to follow up with my normal pediatrician). This is significant, because as the years past the problem became worse and worse, my infections more extreme and scary, and as doctors kept asking me about my past, I slowly started to remember...'wait a minute, there was this one doctor at Centreville Urgent Care who was very concerned about me...' And then when I finally got my hands on some of my old records, there it was--yeast infections, bronchitis, strep throat, and of course the ecoli infection i cultured positive for without the corresponding elevated wbc seen in most normal people... She was working at the Urgent Care, but if she hadn't taken the time to think about what was going on with me, and alert my mother (a conversation they had in the hallway outside of the room I was in, which thankfully I overheard), I wouldn't be here today. She was the first physician to know something was wrong, and speak up about it. When I stumbled upon a more recent review written by a patient of hers that said the same positive things I felt about her, I was very glad to read she's still practicing medicine with the same heart and soul she had back when I was younger.

I've been a patient of Dr. Reddy going back to about 1998 when Dr. Reddy took over a practice from a retiring doctor. I was 29 years old. Starting with our first few appointments, Dr. Reddy spent so much time to understand my current and past health, I was almost concerned I was his only patient. Of course I was not his only patient, that's just how Dr. Reddy works, and he works hard long hours. I'm a complex patient with a variety of health issues requiring many different specialists who have performed countless surgeries. Dr. Reddy has been indispensable with his specialist recommendations. Dr. Reddy talks to the other specialists involved in my care, so they all work together to develop a cohesive plan for my health care and to ensure no risks aren't understood and mitigated where possible. Fast forward to 2026 and now I'm 56 years old and in better health now than back in 1998. He has always given me honest to the point advice on how to improve my health and encouraged me as much as any professional can. He helped me set and meet goals. He also holds me to the fire when I could be making better choices. Dr. Reddy communication style is friendly and warm, inquisitive and compassionate. He seems to be always learning and keeping his medical skills fresh with the latest and greatest medical advancements, even 27 years later. Thankfully for his own life -and family, he has recently become a concierge Doctor which for me is even better! No matter what, with Dr. Reddy, every patient is important, the details matter, patient comfort and trust matters. These goals require a doctor who has a true heart wanting to help others, who is willing to spend extra time with his patients rather than build a super sized practice with way too many patients where care falls short and you are just a medical file. The front office staff and the other medical assistants, phlebotomist are always friendly. The office will always work with the patient to schedule an appointment that works with the patients schedule. I can often be seen the same day, sometimes within an hour! The wait isn't bad if any at all and the office is comfortable and tidy. Thank you to entire team and of course a super BIG thank you to Dr. Reddy!! Highly recommended!

From the first meeting I had with Dr. Possner, I knew things would be vastly different and that I had found someone that would have a profound impact on my health. My first appointment was the longest time I had ever spent with a doctor. My appointment was 2 hours and Dr. Possner had fully reviewed my medical records and engaged me in thoughtful conversation about my medical history. I left my initial appointment with a feeling of empowerment over my health that I had never really felt before. Little did I know that the impact of having Dr. Possner as my doctor would happen so quickly. I was on vacation and had an acute UTI. It was after business hours, but I was able to call the office and get the on call doctor that happen to be Dr. Possner. I walked him through my symptoms and he immediately called in a prescription for me. Because he had such knowledge of my history it was easy for us to communicate and talk through my symptoms. He checked on me via email through the client portal several times over the next couple of days to ensure I was ok. The fact that I was in a remote part of a different state and I was able to call and speak with the doctor saved me stress and the hassle of finding an urgent care to go to. He has made several recommendations to other specialists and doctors, all of whom have turned out to be amazing. His referral goes a long way with each specialist I have scheduled an appointment with. I can't recommend Dr. Possner enough; he's a great listener, thoughtful, caring, kind and you can tell he truly loves what he is doing. His follow through is simply amazing.

I was perfectly fine waiting for an appointment given the reviews and reputations that Dr. Meyer seemed to have. I always intentionally book doctors appointments early in the morning so that I don't find myself waiting forever to be seen. I had an appointment first thing in the morning and still didn't see the doctor until 45 minutes after I got there, and then I had to wait another 20 minutes for him to come into the room. The visit itself was somewhat concerning because many times during the appointment Dr. Meyer seemed lost in thought, but I attributed that to it being early in the day or maybe an off day. The real red flag didn't come up until after my appointment. He stated he was going to issue a couple prescriptions that we discussed based on my needs, but when I went to pick them up one was missing. Something I have needed desperately for some time. I called the office a couple days later and ask them to please have Dr. Meyer send in that prescription since it was overlooked. A couple days later, still no prescription. So I called the office again. They said they were going to market as urgent and priority so he took care of it right away. Couple days later still no prescription. Called the office a third time, this I was told they were going to speak with his assistant directly. Couple days later no prescription. Called a fourth time and was told that they went and spoke with him directly about it and that it would be taken care of right away. Next day still no prescription. Call the office a fifth time, and at this point I'm quite frustrated with the situation. I made a tongue-and-cheek comment about having to threaten someone to get this very basic request to be done. Finally, after five follow up phone calls and 23 days, the prescription gets sent in. Something that probably took all of 30 seconds to do. It seems as though either their is an issue with patient load, or an inability to provide the proper care in a timely manner. Either way, not a good experience. Again, if you are looking for punctuality, reliability, and basic consideration for your health and well being, look elsewhere. I do hope my situation is an isolated one, but given the consistency across the entire experience, it seems not.
