(You can't say that about most medical teams.) I have a connective tissue disorder, so I've seen Mike's team for TMJ pain, shoulder pain, pre-surgical strengthening and mobility of the hand and forearm, and low back/sciatic pain. The team has treated me with modalities including heat, ice, cupping, dry-needling, massage, active stretching, and range of motion exercises. They're also excellent instructors for my strength exercises and home program. While I never look forward to being unwell, I'm always certain that Mike's team will minimize my pain, increase my strength and mobility, and help me get back to doing the things I love, which include yoga, skiing, hiking, and fly fishing. I have complete trust in my therapists at Bay State Physical Therapy, including Caroline, Nate, Bella, and Jesse. This place is so wonderful that when my son came here for a knee injury from high school soccer, he began to consider a career in the medical field. If you're hurting, try Bay State P.T. next to Best Fitness in Chelmsford.

The practice itself has a good few…read moredoctors that work there, so if you're looking for a recommendation, I would look at each individual doctor. At this office, it is not uncommon to wait for over 30 minutes for your schedule appointment. While waiting, of course, patients are delighted to listen to the staff's loud conversations detailing experiences at the Medieval Times Restaurant in New Jersey, as well as personal reviews of films such as Fight Club. This lacqskadasical attitude in the workplace is indicative of a lack of passion for the job. How are doctors going to take appointments on time if their staff is slacking, laughing, and ignoring their duties? One would anticipate that Orthopedic doctors understand the need for the bones of any system to be healthy--but not here! The entire practice needs to be restructured. Too many doctors to triage and a slacking staff all leads to unhappy patients. EDIT: JUST HEARD A DOCTOR SAY "THIS IS TORTURE" THIS OFFICE PURPOSEFULLY OVERBOOKS TO MAKE MORE MONEY, NEGLECTING PATIENT EXPERIENCE AND OVERBURDENING DOCTORS' JOBS

And if you hand/wrist/carpal tunnel/joint + knuckle pains and other hand problems, consult with Dr. Alter. Highly satisfied with the diagnostics, treatment and care I received. Highly recommend OSA of North Chelmsford!

Prior to visiting her I had gone to another chiropractor who diagnosed my injury wrong after only spending 5-10 min tops with only asking me questions and then proceeding to adjust me and when a "crack" was not made they had said "I'll see you at your next appointment. Next appointment came around and 5 min in with an unsuccessful adjustment they replied "I'll see you at your next appointment". At that point I knew they were not the right people to go to. Found Evolved on Instagram later that night, their IG and website was very informative so I sent an email. Got a reply the very next morning from Rhylee and she was able to schedule me in the very next morning. First impression of this was a good sign I made the right choice. With having a bad experience with the previous chiro I was not a expecting much. But Dr. Lyndsay blew me away. Her attention to detail, patient awareness, her making me feel comfortable was nothing short of amazing. This first visit was an hr long and she took the time to understand my lifestyle and assess my injury accordingly which in turn was a completely different diagnose then what was originally thought of from the previous Dr. At the very end she was able to adjust me and that's where I lost it. I got teary-eyed and couldn't thank her enough. I drove home crying to my fiancé because I was so relieved after having to deal with this injury for 2 weeks with no rhyme or reason. I still have more visits until I'm completely healed but having been able to get some peace both physically and mentally from Dr. Lyndsay in the first visit is astounding. I Highly highly recommend Dr. Lyndsay. She's knowledgeable in her practice and her patient awareness is top notch!

I began seeing Dr. Gerber after I had a snowmobile mishap and had a hairline fracture on my hip, resulting later in a torn meniscus because of how I favored my leg. I continue to see Dr. Gerber for Patellofemoral Syndrome a.k.a. runners knee. Dr. Gerber has worked with me on pain management, which doesn't resolve taking pain medications. He's provided me with at-home stretch exercises, as well as physical therapy. I also get bilateral knee injections to help relieve bone-on-bone degeneration. Dr. Gerber has always "listened" to how I was feeling to come up with the best treatment plan for me - no two patients are the same. When I have my office visits, Dr. Gerber always asks not just about me, but also about my son (he had a health scare 5 years ago). He also talks about his family and grandchildren (one of his daughters has twins on the way) and has another grandchild. He's an MD first of course, but also a great human who cares about his patients and overall well-being. In 2022, I moved an hour and a half away from his office. Because he is such a great MD and human, I drive an hour and a half for a 20-minute appointment which speaks volumes in itself. My husband is also a patient who has had bilateral rotor cuff/bicep tear surgery. I've always been greeted pleasantly from my arrival to the nurse escorting me, to the x-ray techs, his secretary, his PA, and so forth. Everyone makes me feel welcome, and I see the same care and respect for other patients. I will continue to be a patient of Orthopedic Surgical Associates and recommend them and Dr. Gerber for the best care. I know you won't be disappointed.
