Prior to visiting her I had gone to another chiropractor who diagnosed my injury wrong after only spending 5-10 min tops with only asking me questions and then proceeding to adjust me and when a "crack" was not made they had said "I'll see you at your next appointment. Next appointment came around and 5 min in with an unsuccessful adjustment they replied "I'll see you at your next appointment". At that point I knew they were not the right people to go to. Found Evolved on Instagram later that night, their IG and website was very informative so I sent an email. Got a reply the very next morning from Rhylee and she was able to schedule me in the very next morning. First impression of this was a good sign I made the right choice. With having a bad experience with the previous chiro I was not a expecting much. But Dr. Lyndsay blew me away. Her attention to detail, patient awareness, her making me feel comfortable was nothing short of amazing. This first visit was an hr long and she took the time to understand my lifestyle and assess my injury accordingly which in turn was a completely different diagnose then what was originally thought of from the previous Dr. At the very end she was able to adjust me and that's where I lost it. I got teary-eyed and couldn't thank her enough. I drove home crying to my fiancé because I was so relieved after having to deal with this injury for 2 weeks with no rhyme or reason. I still have more visits until I'm completely healed but having been able to get some peace both physically and mentally from Dr. Lyndsay in the first visit is astounding. I Highly highly recommend Dr. Lyndsay. She's knowledgeable in her practice and her patient awareness is top notch!

I'm so happy & hopeful to return to Bay State Physical Therapy in Chelmsford. Mike & his team truly…read morecare about your health care more than any other medical professional in any field that I've encountered!!! I have dealt with chronic pain including myofascial pain & a connective tissue disorder, among other symptoms & accidents, for over 13 years now. I was going to another location that completely(!) dropped the ball, and did not provide the level of care & support needed for a more complex case, or even a basic one. I was lucky enough to get into Mike's schedule again, and even the hour drive there, and back, is completely worth it. I'd rather drive an hour to and from Chelmsford twice a week to receive quality care that I know will help me get stronger & manage my symptoms, rather than drive 5 minutes to a place that honestly made me hopeless (again) and feel like I was never going to get better, and that they did not care in the least. The experience here with this team is nothing short of extraordinary. They also will help with providing any resistance bands you need for home exercises without giving you a hard time about "what insurance covers." They provide cupping, dry needling, etc. and are flexible with allowing you to use the space for your exercises as long as you need. Mike has an extensive education in sports medicine and how the body actually works from an experienced perspective, not just from reading books exclusively. He has a very hands-on approach, which is necessary for certain ailments to be able to handle certain exercises. He's said he has had the same training as any other physical therapist, so it goes to show that other pts at other locations don't apply what they learned in school. Any question you have about your body, or exercises to do or not do, he has the answer based on your personal situation. Not only that, I've worked with others at this location who are trained with Mike so you're in good hands no matter who you see here, or at their location in Billerica. Special shoutout to Lisa, Caroline, Snowy, Dante, & Bella who've all been super helpful & supportive. Caroline & Snowy have been helping me with dry needling, and they are extremely caring and compassionate. Lisa is an absolute angel at the front desk. If you want to be taken seriously and given the opportunity for real results that improve your daily life, this is the place to go. I would put anything on it. Thank you Mike & team, the work you do to genuinely help others heal is priceless. You are so important & inspiring. I truly can't thank you enough for providing the care and compassion the world desperately needs.

The practice itself has a good few…read moredoctors that work there, so if you're looking for a recommendation, I would look at each individual doctor. At this office, it is not uncommon to wait for over 30 minutes for your schedule appointment. While waiting, of course, patients are delighted to listen to the staff's loud conversations detailing experiences at the Medieval Times Restaurant in New Jersey, as well as personal reviews of films such as Fight Club. This lacqskadasical attitude in the workplace is indicative of a lack of passion for the job. How are doctors going to take appointments on time if their staff is slacking, laughing, and ignoring their duties? One would anticipate that Orthopedic doctors understand the need for the bones of any system to be healthy--but not here! The entire practice needs to be restructured. Too many doctors to triage and a slacking staff all leads to unhappy patients. EDIT: JUST HEARD A DOCTOR SAY "THIS IS TORTURE" THIS OFFICE PURPOSEFULLY OVERBOOKS TO MAKE MORE MONEY, NEGLECTING PATIENT EXPERIENCE AND OVERBURDENING DOCTORS' JOBS

I began seeing Dr. Gerber after I had a snowmobile mishap and had a hairline fracture on my hip, resulting later in a torn meniscus because of how I favored my leg. I continue to see Dr. Gerber for Patellofemoral Syndrome a.k.a. runners knee. Dr. Gerber has worked with me on pain management, which doesn't resolve taking pain medications. He's provided me with at-home stretch exercises, as well as physical therapy. I also get bilateral knee injections to help relieve bone-on-bone degeneration. Dr. Gerber has always "listened" to how I was feeling to come up with the best treatment plan for me - no two patients are the same. When I have my office visits, Dr. Gerber always asks not just about me, but also about my son (he had a health scare 5 years ago). He also talks about his family and grandchildren (one of his daughters has twins on the way) and has another grandchild. He's an MD first of course, but also a great human who cares about his patients and overall well-being. In 2022, I moved an hour and a half away from his office. Because he is such a great MD and human, I drive an hour and a half for a 20-minute appointment which speaks volumes in itself. My husband is also a patient who has had bilateral rotor cuff/bicep tear surgery. I've always been greeted pleasantly from my arrival to the nurse escorting me, to the x-ray techs, his secretary, his PA, and so forth. Everyone makes me feel welcome, and I see the same care and respect for other patients. I will continue to be a patient of Orthopedic Surgical Associates and recommend them and Dr. Gerber for the best care. I know you won't be disappointed. Easy to get to, plenty of regular parking. Handicap parking…read moreis in the back, however, if you park close to the rear entrance doors, there are no ramps on the sidewalk near those spots. There is an end ramp about half dozen spots away near the corner of the building. The sidewalk near the entrance is badly damaged with very large cracks which present a fall risk. Like so many of these older medical buildings, if you are in a wheelchair or walker, you will need assistance entering the building. The doors are not automatic open so you will need a second person to open the door. Suite 5 is not well marked. If you enter from the back, take a right at the first hallway then go all the way to the end, it is on the left. We had an 11am appointment, arrived at 10:45 to fill out paperwork as there is no portal or way to get this in advance. Reception is friendly, waiting area is clean with a sufficient number of chairs. We were taken to an exam room at 11:30. Within 5 minutes Dr Georges arrived. He is very pleasant and caring. He is efficient but I never felt rushed. He asked lots of questions and answered all of ours, and made footwear recommendations which should help Mom's foot issue. On site service and pleasant demeanor of everyone we met: 5 stars. If they can update their checkin for advance questionnaire completion online as well as influence the building owner to make the facility more accessible, this review would be 5 stars also.
