    Terrible office staff. When we got our written consultation I had to go back and forth several…read moretimes to find out what was included with the quote. The quote then stated that we could not use any insurance to help pay for the procedure. Then our insurance company would not pay the consultation because of the code used. They recommended an alternate code and even called the office and recommended they use this alternate code. I went back and forth via text with a Daisy in the office who was very incoherent and when I asked a question she would answer with something that had nothing to do with the issue at hand. In the end she was to bring it up with Dr. Anderson. I'm still waiting for him to contact me. I even told another Doctor about this issue and this Doctor told Dr. Anderson it looks like there's some type of misunderstanding here. Still no contact from Dr. Anderson. It looks like the ignore it and it will go away game. It sure does look like something else is going on here. With a good amount of people in the area that have Delta Dental, they surely know Delta Dental does not take the Dental code they used for the consultation. Why would I not be able to file a insurance claim even if I file the claim? I have filed a grievance with Delta Dental and will file with The State Insurance Commissioner and might even go to small claims court.

    Never go to this place the staff is instructed fully interrogate patient for their social security…read moreand driver license , and simply reject the patient if you don't go along with their interrogation for financial proof . I am disabled with pain ,71 years old social security recipient under my wife s delta plan covered , When I called this Fayetteville facility for making appointment with wisdom tooth extraction referral because they are in my plan network . They asked and I provided all my insurance card I formation to give me the appointment , it was all fine until I went to my appointment Again a few more financial paper to fill out Along with drivers license copied to keep in their office all provided by me after thirty minutes and waiting of another thirty minuets calls me to front counter I am next to be see but you have to pay your share right now if you want to be seen I responded first I haven't received service yet and you already secured your fee with my insurance delta plan why don't you send me the bill which my share is $72.00 and my plan is paying $72.00 which they secured it. with my wisdom tooth extraction referral in my hand which I thought would be done now they termed I consultation fee of $145.00 . As I was standing in front counter with the big sign no more than $500.00 cash can not be accepted , she told me if you don't pay 72 .00 your share you can not be seen by Dr Gonzalez by now I am tired with pain drive 10 miles they are asking for $72 .00 up front or can not be seen .i told them why didn't they let me know this condition when I made the appointment She said this is our policy . She said we can not give you back your information now which I handed her thirty minutes before . Then she told me let me talk to Dr Gonzales , and returned by saying Dr Gonzales agreed to bill you , I agreed , finally called me to see the Dr Gonzales after a few X-rays , so when Dr came in for 3 to 5 minutes , I said I like to know about implant evaluation since I am here for extraction and office called this visit consultation , so please at least provide me with information I need to make decision to continue or not He said next visit when you come for extraction , which was supposed to be this visit , so he did not give me my information and evaluation I asked , I was puzzled how he was disconnected from the patient , and focused on more visit and cost escalation this was obviously in his reaction to my concern and question which I expected him to provide , but he failed . So I left with and came back with another appointment to extract my tooth . Before the appointment I called to get exact cost and my share , a receptionist in Noonan office picked up So she pulled my file and said the cost of extracting tooth will be Around $1000.00 and insurance pays $506.00 And the patient me have to pay $500.00 , I thanked her for her pleasant and helpful response . So I told my wife about the cost and she wrote a check to pay at my next visit which is in her name and delta dental policy holder Her name and address on the check city bank have had many years with exact $506.00 I went to my appointment Fayetteville office . So when they called me again at the counter asked to pay my cost share before be seen, so I handed the check , and she wanted to write my drivers license on my wife check I refused because it is my wife check and I told her you forced to copy my license before and you kept it in my file , you have everything you need , please let me see the dr Gonzales , they refused service to me despite having the check in my hand . I had to leave without service given because they were not satisfied with my check before service . I went to my car to leave and go home , but before I drive away I called the Noonan office , a pleasant lady by the name of Elizabeth answered I told her I am disabled old with pain , this office refused to give me service because I don't have my driver s license number on my wife check , she listened and after a few minutes on hold minutes she told me go back they want to see me , s I went back in again I was led to X-ray room and surgery room , the nurse did her preparation with oxygen mask and other preparation while I was sitting on the chair , so dr Gonzales came in after 15 minute s , no discussion , no talking he did whatever needed to be done about 3 or 4 minutes and left , and I sat there a few times nurse came and checked if I am ok and the with a cup , gauze prescription . I ask her Dr told me he will discuss with me about the evaluation of my implant , she says Dr is busy , he I'll call you , so I left with my wisdom tooth extracted . Now is about four days I am fine . Haven received call yet from Dr Gonzalez never called as they said they would

    I sent this letter to the office…read more To Whom It May Concern, My daughter had an appointment with your office on 05/06/21 for a consultation regarding her wisdom teeth being extracted. I was given your name as a referral from another dentist that I go to. I shared the information with my daughter who chose to schedule with you. She arrived to the appointment and was advised she had to pay for x-rays and for the consultation. My daughter thought the visit was going to be filed with my insurance. I believe the fees were $75 and $99. She called me because she did not have the money to pay for the services. I agreed to pay the fees but I had some questions about the fees. I was under the impression that the x-rays would be covered by my insurance company because I had just had x-rays at another dental office and they were covered. My daughter advised Jenna (I think that was her name) that I had some questions. My daughter states that Jenna's entire disposition changed. She was rude, annoyed, and flustered due to the fact that my daughter advised that I (her mother) had questions. I heard Jenna say "like I am not understanding...why does she need to talk to me....questions about what" I could not believe what I was hearing. My daughter said, my mother would like to speak to you. Jenna told my daughter to tell me to call the office. I called the office twice and it went to voicemail/automated system. My daughter said Jenna and the other staff were all sitting behind the desk talking to one another. My daughter went back to the desk to advise Jenna that I called but no one was answering the phone and this further infuriated her. I called again and someone answered the phone. I asked to speak to Jenna, the person stumbled over their words and said she is busy. I said, well she just asked me to call her so I am not understanding why she is busy. The person rudely said, what do you want to know? I asked, what kind of customer service is this....and before I could get the words out of my mouth, this person started raising her voice and talking over me. I disconnected the call. I called my daughter and advised her to leave. There can not be much disciplinary action being taken in your practice. If there were, this would have never happened. They did it because they know that nothing is going to happen. To get indignant and treat a customer like this over asking a question about x-rays..... I had to sit there for a minute. I could not believe that this happened....the blatant disrespect. Like my daughter was insignificant and I dare you ask our high class office about payment. I can only imagine what they told you in regards to this appointment slot....Oh, the patient could not pay so they left. I hope you will discuss this incident with your staff so that it does not happen to anyone else.
