We recently returned from our vacation and I was finishing the laundry; the last load gave us the problem; the water inlet sensor malfunctioned and the water kept coming. I turned off the machine( a 4 year old LG) to no avail, I had to turn off the water line which was the only way to stop the flow. Needless to say, we had a great deal of water that ended up ruining the carpeting and went under the floor boards. We cleaned it up with our shop vac as best we could. Then we contacted State Farm and ended up filing a claim. The appraisal was over $8,000 but State Farm could only give us $3000. CAVEAT EMPTOR! Buyer beware. Who knows what Tom was doing, we never heard from him. If this had been Carla's office, we would have been taken care of.

To add insult, this company has shown that it does not care and offers little to no support when it is truly needed. And, If I could leave ZERO stars I would! WARNING!
