I would not recommend this law firm if you are injured…read more My mother was injured around 1.5 years ago. She was parked at a busy intersection and was hit by a truck that collided right into her. What should have been a quick and easy no-brainer "not at fault" somehow spiraled for what is now 1.5 years without resolution. She suffered a concussion and was not thinking clearly when she booked with Jason Stone. This was a regret of hers, since I happen to know other similar attorneys that after the case had already been accepted, pointed out multiple areas of error that could and should have been avoided. For one, they never got the camera footage of the busy intersection, (something that should have been done right away and apparently is erased after 30 days). Second, her legal team (paralegals? Lawyer himself?) has switched several times throughout the case. The most recent lawyer to get her case (a female) convinced her that she was no longer "not at fault" and that she should accept some sort of a settlement (MUCH less than what she'd been initially told). My mother signed the form, essentially releasing the legal team of responsibility and we are now waiting for a check. How long does this take? I don't know. It's been over a month since we signed the form. I would gladly remove this review should anyone from Jason Stone feel free to help expedite the delivery of this check, but my mom feels so defeated by the experience that she does not want to pursue this on her own.
