Also, they are usually booked, so that says a lot without saying much. I was able to secure a time slot but keep in mind there are limited offerings for first time patients, due to the demand. Also, there is not just one doctor on the premises, so keep in mind. Service is friendly and overall practice is tidy and clean. The most important is really whether these specialists know their stuff, and that's an important judgment that each patron would have to make on their own. For me, it was awesome that xray machines and other equipment are at their location, easily accessible. Definitely 5 stars~

He is highly knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and good-hearted. He has excellent bedside manner and supported me through unrelated post-op complications. His entire office, from the receptionists to the nurses, are kind and attentive. I am 7 weeks out of surgery (direct to implant, over the muscle) and feel excellent. My mom has a history of blood clots and has been a patient of Dr. Safa's for the last few years…read more She is elderly and has spinal issues as well (spinal stenosis, scoliosis, osteoporosis). She's been complaining of pain in her left leg for the last couple of weeks. I took her to see Dr. Safa last Wednesday and explained that she is having a lot of trouble walking and it hurts to put pressure on her left leg. Normally they do a sono but the sono tech wasn't in and would be in the following day. I asked Dr. Safa if I should bring my mom back for the sono. He said her circulation was fine, pulses were fine, she had no blood clots and to come back in 6 months. WRONG!! That night my mom fell because she was in so much pain and lost her balance. She has been in the hospital since Friday with a BLOOD CLOT and she now also has pelvic and spinal fractures due to her fall. I am beside myself. My mom now has a long road ahead. She will need rehab once she is discharged from the hospital. Dr. Safa called me after I complained to his office and gave me his version of events. I am still very disappointed in the care she received.
