EMU keeps the air inside pretty dry. Occasionally, the air is a bit humid but that's only on the steamiest of days outside. There is a convenient drop off lane that is covered off the main drive. Parking is conveniently located across the street. I have been bringing my daughter here for soccer practice for at least five years.
