Dr. Roith came across as a very experienced and calm doctor who genuinely cares about all his patients with an great, caring, and a little jovial bedside manner. I went to my appointment with the thought of removing the toenail, as per all the previous doctors I had shown it to - NP, PCP and even Dermatologists and he made me feel at ease and told me not to worry, and that we will work on it with his treatment (so practical and easy to follow) to eradicate the issue. I left the appointment feeling confident and worry free. The staff was very sweet and guided me well. The clinic was clean and organized. Highly recommended!

I went to my primary care physician and another podiatrist and received unsatisfactory recommendations. I was then referred to Dr. Roith and immediately appreciated the way he looked for and addressed the "root cause" of my foot pain and developed a surgical plan accordingly, as a final resort. That foot surgery was nothing short of life-changing. Now in my twenties, I am living a very active, pain-free life, and am able to do all things I missed out on as a teenager due to foot pain. So grateful for Dr. Roith and this practice!

Dr Bembynista ROCKS!! I've got to tell you, I'm in the medical profession and I've heard people…read moresinging his praises for 2 decades. I previously had an orthopedist who specializes in feet do bunion and hammertoe surgery for me. Every step was excruciating for 6 weeks. He didn't tell me I would have metal rods coming out of my hammertoes for 2-3 weeks, or that it would cause screaming pain when he pulled them out. I certainly had no contact with him except for one office follow up. His personality was very rigid. I asked him if he trained in the Army, he said "no". I have terrible feet (thanks mom!) and put off another surgery for over 10 years due to this horrid experience. I decided to see Dr B because I'd heard only accolades. I was so surprised to see how personable a surgeon could be!! It is rare, especially in this day and age. He took care of two ingrown toenails in the office, on the spot! Heavenly!! He explained everything about what my options were, drawing pictures on my feet and answering all my questions. I felt at ease and confident about proceeding right away. He operated on my hideous and painful bunion, a little toe bunion deformity and a disgusting hammertoe. No prong this time sticking out for torture, but a dissolvable pin!! He gave me several methods to contact him, which shocked me because usually surgeons do the procedure and as little followup as possible as they only can bill once for everything. I thought perhaps I was getting special treatment. He said "I do this for all my surgery patients". I've got to tell you, that is SHOCKING!! Dr B is an extremely skilled surgeon (the whole thing took 50 mins) and I had NO PAIN for 3 days, then only mild-moderate pain when stepping on the for 2 weeks. I only took 15 pain pills, and I"m a wimp. Even more important to me, he is a real mensch! He is easy to talk to, funny, caring and doesn't have the typical surgeon ego and mentality. I told his staff how lucky they were to work with a doctor like him. I asked it he was always nice and funny and they said "absolutely" He is my lifelong, go-to foot surgeon for the rest of this gal's life!! My dogs are no longer barking!! As far as the comments are about the office being less than stellar, who cares? He has several offices and a huge overhead. He pays his staff well. He spends time with patients. This all costs money. I can do without flat screen TVs, aquariums and marble floors. It's not like he's doing any major surgery there. Just my opinion...

Due to his pleasant disposition & sense of humor, I stayed with him through all 4 surgeries but was not given the necessary information for good follow up care to lead to success from the surgeries. His office visits were generally overbooked & or visits were cut short. This lead to more visits every week for awhile & uncertain feelings about how to take care of my feet. Now, nearly a year later, another Dr. is giving me the necessary information to continue caring for my feet. I am doing my best to recovery still in a much longer timeframe than Dr. Bembynista advised me of & am disappointed in the overall outcome of the surgeries.

He has bad anxiety over needles. It is so bad that he falls on the floor cries and goes into a panic attack when someone talks about giving him a shot. yes he has had therapy and no it has not helped with the fear of needles. i explained all of this to the person I was making the appointment with asked her to check and make sure they could give him gas before putting needles in him. I explained I did not need another doctors bill or surgery bill and not have the issue fixed. I explained that I have paid 5 doctors bills and a cancellation of a hospital surgery Because of his anxiety and fear of needle. I was assured they could do this. I took him to the appointment they took my payment before the appointment and in the appointment was told they should be able to by the doctor but would need to talk to the surgery center. Many emails back and fourth with the doctors office assuring me they could do it. Surgery Center finally called me 3 days before his appointment and told me no they could not do gas. 1 month after appointment 3 antibiotics treatments later and now 5 doctors bill a cancellation of a hospital surgery charge, three months of the boy being in pain and having to continuously use antibiotic I have to take him to the emergency room. The worst part is I explained everything to them and was assured they could do it and he had to wait another month in pain, risk the infection and over use antibiotics. And I was payed for them to do this.
