Dr. Roith came across as a very experienced and calm doctor who genuinely cares about all his patients with an great, caring, and a little jovial bedside manner. I went to my appointment with the thought of removing the toenail, as per all the previous doctors I had shown it to - NP, PCP and even Dermatologists and he made me feel at ease and told me not to worry, and that we will work on it with his treatment (so practical and easy to follow) to eradicate the issue. I left the appointment feeling confident and worry free. The staff was very sweet and guided me well. The clinic was clean and organized. Highly recommended!

Due to his pleasant disposition & sense of humor, I stayed with him through all 4 surgeries but was not given the necessary information for good follow up care to lead to success from the surgeries. His office visits were generally overbooked & or visits were cut short. This lead to more visits every week for awhile & uncertain feelings about how to take care of my feet. Now, nearly a year later, another Dr. is giving me the necessary information to continue caring for my feet. I am doing my best to recovery still in a much longer timeframe than Dr. Bembynista advised me of & am disappointed in the overall outcome of the surgeries.

We've met both of our OOP Family max and OOP Family deductible max. The staff insists I still have to pay my individual copay because my individual hasn't been met. I called insurance. They confirmed since we me Family, I don't have an individual copay. They asked me to have Doctors office call them. I did and the woman just argued with me. She said, "I've heard enough. We have over 40 years of experience in the front office..." I interrupted them hung up on her. They don't listen. Doesn't matter how great of a doc he is front office staff killed it for me. Never again will I go to them.

They scheduled her for a follow up 2 weeks post op When she showed up for her follow up visit, Dr Fleishman examined her toe all of two minutes and charged her a second co-pay of $75. We asked why it wasn't covered under the initial charge and the office worker explained that it would have to have been within 10 days of the original appointment. I complained that this is a terrible practice that is predatory and intended to squeeze as much money out of their patients and their insurance company as possible. They claimed they have to operating this way for 40+ years. I would avoid this office like the plague. I'm going to file a complaint with the Kansas Board of Healing Arts if they don't make it right.

Dr. Laha is an amazing surgeon. I had foot surgery done by another doctor who left me a cripple…read more Surgeon after surgeon told me they could not help me until i was referred to Dr. Laha, who specializes in reconstructive foot surgery. Dr. Laha assured me that he could repair the damage and before surgery he explained in detail what he was going to do. The first surgeon messed up so badly that it took two surgeries (due to hidden damage) to undo all of the damage, but thanks to Dr. Laha I can walk again without pain. Several years after foot surgery I badly tore ligaments in the ankle on the other side, which again made walking painful. Dr. Laha sewed the ligaments back together. Understandably it took some time to fully recover, but recover I did. I have full strength and range of motion in that ankle. It is as if I never tore the ligaments. Many surgeons can do routine procedures. Dr. Laha makes the nearly impossible seem easy.

I had been a patient of his for 15 years. The office staff was rude and could have cared less that I was in pain. I was truly offended and I told the staff to take me off of the appointment. I was never told how long I had to wait. I will not go back to this office.
