I had the itch to get some work done to the 4x4 but being a first time owner & not knowing what is best to start with I was hesitant. So I looked for something close to my area & came across Mitchell Bros (also exclusive distributors of Baja Rack products in Aus). I decided to drop by unannounced to get a better idea of what my options were & assistance they can offer. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Aaron (one half of the Mitchell Bros, the other being Ben). Aaron really impressed me with his knowledge, experience and most of all, his patience to deal with every question I threw his way. Aaron took the time to understand how I will use my vehicle, showed me some examples of the work they've done, advised me on legalities of certain modifications & gave me enough advice to feel much more confident about any work I wanted to get done. In the end, I was so impressed that I decided to go ahead with my order plus extras, completely trusting in the guys (& Kristy) to look after my vehicle (even after being promised a slightly discounted price elsewhere). I dropped off my vehicle first thing on a Tuesday morning, Aaron & Ben discussed with me how the job will be done and some alternative options of delivering what I wanted. Whilst this took place, they were nice enough to grab me a coffee on their daily coffee run & showed me around the workshop (it was spick & span to say the least, they really show pride in what they do!). They accommodated my working hours by allowing me to pick up my vehicle after hours the very next day. Ben ran through all the work that was done, explaining specific functions, what to take care with & any other instructions that were needed. Even though it was late, he spent time with me to discuss ideas I had for the future & how they could assist. With the value & quality of the work done, professionalism they showed, experience, knowledge and flexibility with my requests, I would not hesitate in recommending Mitchell Bros 4x4 to anyone looking to have work done to their 4x4! read more
