Please do not buy from them if you are after a good customer service. I have never seen such a…read morehorrible service. I returned a head unit for replacement as they mentioned on the email, but then they decided to run a repair instead for which I was given a timeframe of maximum 2 weeks - they received it on 16th April and did not start working on it for at least 10 days. And no response to my emails to demand an update because couldn't drive without a headunit. They sent it to Pioneer for fixing and received it back on 10th May, decided to just keep it with them until 17th May for no reason and never responded to any of my emails. Kevin, the manager as well never took my emails and complaints seriously, I was promised a call back 7 times during the whole process and not even once they called me. Finally after 5 calls they dispatched it back to me and I got it back on 20th May. And guess what, it came back with an invoice so I still had no idea what have been done with it. And when I installed it again, the same problem still persisted. And they do not want to return the item and refund me. The product it still under warranty, I do not want to go through their repair process again it is very stressful. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE GO SPEND YOUR MONEY SOME PLACE BETTER.
