I don't remember from heart exactly how much I paid him (maybe about $20,000). The results are awful to me but I understand that the legal services are like this; sometimes you end up spending the huge amount of money for nothing. What I am disappointed the most is my latest payment I made to him, $2,500 (I think) for the settlement negotiation. I paid this extra money because he said that he can help me negotiating the settlement. But, I ended up writing a letter to the bank, he only email it to their lawyer. After that, I inquired him about it, he just told me that he doesn't hear back from them. As of today, his attitude is still he will follow up and update me when he receives a response. If he never receives the response, I think he is not going to do anything. I paid him for the settlement negotiation. If there is no settlement negotiation, I wish to get the money back.
