I appreciated the call because I was wondering. What the hold up was for one tire, but was in no rush. Picked up my car around 6:30, and the gentleman James who cashed me out was very pleasant and friendly and professional. Makes me feel confident to bring my car in for other maintenance in the future. Thank you for a professional experience on such a minor interaction.

The owner/manager showed me photos on his phone of different damaged cracked parts and joints all…read morethese different things I could not verify or see for myself and was given bill for over $1600 of repairs. What he didn't know was my car was still under warranty, I took it to another mechanic who showed me the actual parts on my car listed on the quote were in perfect working condition and in no need of repair and they were just trying to get money out of me. Sadly it was the manager that lied about all the faults, which I think most people would have just accepted and gone ahead with the unneeded repairs. Maybe their new installs are ok, because you can see the actual work that has been done, and they do have some good reviews. But I would very careful about getting my car serviced or repaired there. I won't be back.
