She's very easy to work with, and knowledgeable about homes and the quirks they may come with. She was on site during our home inspection to make sure she knew everything that was going on before we proceeded with the purchase. After going back and forth, they said they could meet at 11 am on Saturday. Now, Saturday came, my husband was in the online meeting room, but nobody showed up. He waited for 30 minutes there and ended the online meeting. Now, after he left home, Evelyn called him and said she had forgotten the meeting, with no legitimate reason. And after wasting part of his weekend, she told him that they only offer the full management service and do not help just with finding a tenant. The purview of their service is fine; that is their choice, but this could certainly be communicated via email instead of going through this unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I was surprised to find many great reviews about this company, which was good for them, but I guess our need wasn't lucrative enough for them to care if you can drop a meeting they scheduled without giving a legitimate reason.

Being that we are from another state we extremely satisfied with their services. Elite , has been our eyes and our ears. Plus, their price is economical. Just ask the residents forced to vacate from condemned Village Shores Apartments. Very sad and shameful. And avoidable. "The complex has been condemned due to poor living conditions, leaving many tenants, like Jeanella Bearden, in a dire situation. "Most of us here on disability we live month to month we couldn't afford to get up and leave," Bearden said, highlighting the financial struggles faced by many residents."     Mutual Property Management managed my Roseville condo for me from 2015 until the end of 2019. I was…read morelucky to have a good renter in my place for the first three years. I had no issues with the company and got paid on time. The problems started once the renter would skip a month or wouldn't send in the full amount. He then ultimately stopped paying. Mutual did absolutely nothing to try to collect the rent. Letters which need to be sent out after a certain period of time of nonpayment were never sent out. Procedural eviction processes were never followed meanwhile they continued to take their monthly share so not only did I pay for my own mortgage to have a renter live in my house but I also paid them for the privilege of doing nothing. Phone calls went unanswered. Rules and legal contracts are ignored. It got so bad that I booked a flight from San Antonio to Detroit so I could go in person and get someone to talk to me. When I was finally able to sit down in front of someone (Melinda) I was assured that this was being handled and all proper procedures had been followed. If that was the case I would've rented the property out myself but I trusted living 1500 miles away that my property would be handled by a professional company. It all came to a head in November 2019. My renter decided to quit paying entirely and by Thanksgiving I submitted in writing that he had a month to find a new place to live. Thankfully he left before Christmas time with no issue other than non payment. I decided it wouldn't be worth my time or financially feasible for me to take him to court and chalked it up to a learning experience. Another thing that Mutual assured me they would take care of. They have a team of lawyers that actively go after nonpaying tenants. All of that is lies or at least in my case it was. Mutual did their standard post move out walk-through inspection upon his leaving and promptly submitted to me an estimate of the damages and how much it would cost to get it rentable again. I told them I would let a homeless person live in the house for free before I would ever let them manage my property again. I put the condo for sale January 1st 2020 and sold it just before the pandemic hit. My advice would be choose carefully before handing over your property to Mutual to manage. I didn't have any issues with them until I did and then it was pretty bad.

I had a couple minor repairs and needed a new appliance that were taken care of/replaced in a very timely fashion. They were even emailing me back on Sundays! This is a great place to live. I feel safe and I love my unit.
