Car wash has hit or miss experience. However, this location has been pretty consistent. I pay 30 per month for unlimited car washes. I'm would say it's a decent price since I try to go at least biweekly. My car gets clean. There's some vacuums. I tried the interior cleaning once and it wasn't good so I haven't tried that again. read more

Came in for a simple car wash and I got more than that. I'm a member so I went through the member side and I had this rude girl talk as if I didn't know what I was requesting for, I didn't want the brush's touching my car cause of them possibly scratching them, so I requested for a wide wrack wash and I got raises eyebrows and attitude behind it. Good thing I caught her names as I was pulling away on my receipt . Alisandra was a poor employee with poor attitude skills and people skills. Two months later I called them again as they have debited me for another 2 months after I canceled and spoke with a person by phone call. We have an exterior wash membership. My husband paid extra today, for an interior cleaning. They didn't bother to use a clean cloth on the back hatch. It was smudged with some kind of white chalky dust. There were little white hairs al over the back hatch area. It must have come from their vacuum brush, because we don't have a dog and those hairs were not there prior to bringing our car in for cleaning. read more

I took my vehicle to the Mister Carwash off Cortaro & Thornydale. I have taken my car to Mister Carwash at other locations & have had no issues. This time it ripped off the drivers side framing on the windshield & broke in half. I went inside & asked for the part back. The General Manager Vanna handed it to me soapy & wet. Apparently she could not be bothered to dry it off. From the beginning, her customer service was lacking. She said I could file a claim, then immediately said it was my fault the carwash ripped a piece of my car off. Her reasoning? That the frame had a dent, making it faulty to begin with. This dent however was a beveled indentation, that is how the car is made. When I pointed out that it was not a dent but part of the design, she dismissed me. Despite her instantly blaming me, I insisted on a claim. She kept saying I could be found at fault & therefore my car would not be fixed. She obviously made up her mind that they were not responsible. I made an appointment to discuss the claim with the same GM. After keeping me waiting for 25 minutes past our agreed upon appointment time, I was told my claim was denied. Her reasoning was that the framing was slightly lifted & that the clips were 2 different colors. Therefore my car was already damaged, which it was not. Both sides of the windshield framing are slightly lifted, that is how the car is made. And the 2 different colored clips are a moot point. All clips were still attached. The GM was making up excuses & was obviously not knowledgeable about cars. I decided to file a claim against them through my insurance. When I went to get an estimate I was informed the part that Mister Carwash damaged is no longer made. I am beyond disappointed. I take good care of my car. I have never had an accident or suffered damage to my car in the entire time I've owned it. Only then to have it permanently damaged at the carwash. Mister Carwash should be ashamed of themselves & their GM for immediately pointing blame at me & making up excuses. All before a claim was even filed. It is sad that they choose to run their business without empathy or accountability for their faulty equipment. I am now driving a damaged car all because I wanted it washed. read more

I liked this car wash (and other location) to the point I signed up for unlimited monthly washes. Big mistake. This location stopped free exterior towel dry and won't let you use their vacuuming. In addition, they closed unannounced due to COVID. It happened to fall on my payment date so I canceled. That was three months ago. I keep getting billed monthly, have never seen any discounts or my payment day moved as they state on web site. I will keep disputing charges and have no interest in their locations as long as their vacuuming and full service are down. My Toyota Dealer used to comp a wash after service at Mister Car Wash but I was told last Saturday during a LOF, NO MAS. They dropped them. I always liked their locations but don't appreciate the payment run around when they can't provide services. Beware. This location is older and cramped. My car was damaged going through the wash due to poor maintenance of the track. Customer service is on a talk-track and they refuse any responsibility. In fact, they hung up on me when I called. It seems the damage is my fault because I chose to visit this establishment. Lesson learned. I won't return. No desire to address my concerns about their negligence. I paid $22 for a poorly washed car and fender damage ($400 to repair!). I went to Mister Carwash and was greeted by an attendant who helped me with the machine. She waved me through and I entered the wash. I heard some ruckus in the car wash and when I got out i looked at my car and saw that my roof rack was missing. Then I told the attendant and he ran and got the rack. It was completely destroyed in addition to a bike rack attachment on it. They said they would file a claim and let me know 3-5 days later if it was approved. They denied the claim saying my rack was on "crooked". Yeah right. My car was scratched and $400 worth of equipment destroyed. My God these people are S-L-O-W!!! They usually do a good job as long as you got the T-I-M-E. I usually get a good wipe down and they clean pretty well. The inside decor was recently updated. It's comfortable and accommodating with popcorn and coffee; But come on... after almost two hours of waiting around, I am ready to go home. I finally went outside after 1.5 hours to see what was up. My car was pulled into the detail area and when I looked, nobody was there. I finally said, Hey guys, I'm really ready to go home." I guess they (workers) were all having a good time with one another. They were polite enough and got back to it. It's all good now that my car looks and feel fresh once again. This place is just okay, typical car wash, nothing special. You go through an automatic was that barely gets everything off your car. Then if you paid for extras they supposedly vacuum, wipe the dash and all that jazz but you know they never truly get everything which has been my experience here. Not worth it in my opinion, you're just paying for the convenience of not having to do it yourself. I got my car back and the passenger side floor still had outside debris so I got out and the took care of it but I shouldn't have to do that. Gave Mister Car Wash a second chance as I used to have the monthly on my Mustang GT and decided to get the monthly $19.99 base wash for the exterior since it's summer and monsoon season. So I signed up for the monthly and paid the difference for the interior. They were supposed to add the scent for the car and didn't. Then did a mediocre job on the interior. I will say that my car was dirty but I typically keep my car super clean. All in all, was not very impressed and didn't notice till after I left and got home. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Do NOT go to this Mister Car Wash unless you would like to deal with a rude general manager when your car is damaged. A $20/month unlimited wash is not worth the $300 windshield replacement you will have to have when the general manager lets his car wash wreck your car then accuses you of it being your fault. I went through this car wash and came out with a giant crack from top to bottom of my windshield. The general manager, Adrian Plaza, came out and immediately accused me of having a pre-existing crack (I didn't) and refused to start a claim (because they don't take responsibility for pre-existing damage). I did NOT have a pre-existing crack on my windshield. The crack he accused me of having did NOT exist before I went through his car wash. He still refused to file a claim, saying that he was told not to with incidents like this. After calling their customer care, I was told I had to go back to the car wash to have him start a claim and that he should have done that in the first place. He admitted there would be no proof of the "previous damage" in the video cameras while I was there getting my claim filed. After a week of me having to call daily, he claimed his system was still down and had yet to give me a claim number. 8 days after the incident, he called me to give me a claim number and then when I asked what to do next, he quickly and smugly stated that my claim was denied and that he had other claims to take care of. SO OTHER CARS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BY HIS CAR WASH AND OTHER PEOPLE ARE FILING CLAIMS. Rude, horrible customer service, and a terrible experience overall. The only redeeming quality of this company is their customer care service. Very nice people who wanted to help me fix the issues that this specific Mister Car Wash caused. read more

I paid $40 plus a $5 tip. The first time they said my car was ready, about 5 minutes had passed by. I remember the days you'd take your car to be washed and they'd spend time on it, back then it cost about $20 or less but people knew how to work and it was worth the cost to have your car cleaned professionally, I never minded giving a good tip of about $10 on top of the cost. After looking over their first attempt I found debris all over the seats and floor that had not been vacuumed up. The girl said she'd clean it and about 5 minutes later said it was ready again. Still my car looked as it if was barely touched and she offered a 3rd try. This time the manager on duty and another worked stepped in to help. When the attendant told me it was ready I approached my car and she said "it should be good now"... I don't know what kind of training they put these younger people through or what standards they consider normal, but 15 minutes or less was spent on my car for $45 total and that included the time it took to run my car through the wash first. This place has the best touchless car wash in all of Tucson. Very speedy and courteous service from every employee, every time. The prices are fairly reasonable and they have a wide range of options, depending on if you only want exterior or the interior done too. If you're a frequent washer, the monthly subscription is worth it because it pays for itself after just a couple of trips. read more

I have been an auto pay member to mister car wash for several years. My cars have never been perfectly clean when leaving and I have always been okay with that. Just recently, they discontinued the interior cleaning option to new members but those who already were members with interior included in there existing plan could keep it. I have the platinum interior plan. I received an email informing of the changes and that I am able to keep my plan. When I went a few weeks ago to have my vehicle cleaned, I was approached in regards to there new titanium option and was told I could try it for free for 2 months and after the 2 months was over, I could go back to my original platinum interior plan or keep the titanium. I recently decided I would like to just stick with my original plan but the employee as well as the manger informed me that it is not an option to change. I explained to them what I was told about the 2 month trial and how I was informed I was given the option to go back, I was told that I was misinformed because they did not know then that I could not change back. Made no sense. I was more disappointed for being given the wrong information and that no one could explain to me why I couldn't keep my plan. The only answer I got was "I don't know" read more

The machine wash did good. The vacuuming was good. The problem is the person who cleaned interior of the front windshield did a half hearted job. The drivers side was ok, not good. There were many spots missed on the passenger side. I know the windshield is difficult to see and I would normally forgive a missed spot here or there, but the bottom right side was not done at all, other areas are missed too. The rear view mirrors are worse now that when I went in as a dirty cloth was used to dry the water. The side windows are also poorly done. The tailgate window was another half hearted attempt. I paid for lemon sent, there was none. That is ok I can do with out it. I just wish there was an option to say no. I will not be going back. read more
