Very kind people, immediately as I pulled up to buy a single wash, I was greeted with a kind smile. Thank you for keeping my car clean

Horrible, lazy workers. Dont waste your $$$ here. I paid for the highest grade service, and was disappointed after giving them a second chance. Go elsewhere. Trust me. read more

The car wash for the outside of the car is fine. The inside of the car was not wiped down or the inside window, console or screen. They did a very quick vacuum and not a good job. For 40 plus $$ it's definitely not worth it. read more

I always get a good car wash at the Hodgson Rd. location. Asked one of the guys in the bay for extra attention to tar on the far bottom of all 4 doors. Tar is tough to get off a white car but he did a great job. Also asked for extra cleaning of the back of the driver's seat where the grandkids love to kick. Great service and great attention to detail. I wish I knew the guy's first name who helped me. read more

Service was absolutely the worst , paid 52.00 for Platinum Car Wash & Interior cleaning , paid an extra $1.00 per mat so they can get sprayed down = $4 extra , I have Weather Tech mats, I go inside to wait , I see them spraying down my mats , they call me back over & say your vehicle is ready, in less than 5 min's. I get into my car, the mats are soaking wet , I didn't really think about it until i puller out of the garage & i was on my way to work , i decided i better pull over & pull these mats out they're goinv to get moldy underneath , i didn't call them yet but I will be . The vacuum was a horrible job , I don't think they even did it. I will not be going back !! read more

I had a good experience coming to this Mister Car wash and decided to give it a try. I thought it did a great job cleaning and drying given that some places the drying part can be trickier. I'm not sure I would do the monthly payment since I found a more affordable place. read more

Might be the most expensive air freshener I've ever purchased for 54$ I'd expect a little more than a quick vacuum in some places and a quick wipe of the dash. Save your money go to Kwik trip get a 12$ wash, Get a pack of wipes and use the 1$ vacuum. I Guarantee you will have a cleaner car than what I was left with. Smells nice though read more

had a can of sticky juice explode in my truck, went everywhere. The crew managed to clean all of it in 10 mins. Best service car wash/detail I have ever been too. 10/10 read more

This place amazes me. The service is friendly and the system is so efficient, even on busier days. You drive up tell the cashier your preference and pay. Everyone drives through the washer. There is an exit for exterior only. You go straight ahead for interior. You never have to step outside. The waiting area is huge. The whole place is clean and pristine. Good size bathrooms too. I stumbled onto this place once. Now that I'm out and about this is the only carwash I'll go to from wherever I'm at. read more

The qualityof the washes at this car wash are comparable to driving through the sprinkler in your backyard. When today and spent $23.84 to leave still having a car covered in bugs and soap spots. And when you try to please feedback on the survey they provide on your receipt you're met with a 404 page on their website. It's like they know they have a crap service and don't want to provide a space for you to tell them about it. read more

My car came off the track 2x, they tried to blame me. I paid for the $32 wash, they didn't vacuum in the front door pockets. I had to ask the manager if they could do it, he never moved to see what they did or didn't do, he said they didn't vacuum because I had personal belongings there, which I told him was not true that I had removed everything. What a lazy manager. The rest of the job looked ok I wanted my car detailed inside. I tried calling to make an appointment, they don't answer the phone. When I went there they said they recently stopped doing detailing. read more

Listen, a REAL auto detailing costs $300 and they take your vehicle for a day or two. This is 1/6 of the price and time- expect exactly that. 1/6 of a real auto detailing. It's quick, it's not meticulous. It's just a slightly leveled up gas station car wash. read more

Been a monthly unlimited member for 5 years. Price keeps going up and the service keeps getting worse. Brought my truck there today and because it's not covered under my wife membership spent $50 to get it cleaned and still full of mud when I got home. Didn't know I had to check to see if they do their job for fifty bucks. Gonna start looking elsewhere. On top of that they want more money to do the mats on the inside!!! And then they want a tip as well!! Here's a tip....... Start by doing your job read more

Did I just rob a business blind in full daylight? I drive a mini van; I'm not ashamed to say it. I have a dog and three kids and my vehicles look like it. At least they used to. I pulled in on a Tuesday afternoon, paid less than $40 and for that I got a PLATINUM wash and express interior clean. It was a deal. The outside of my car is beautiful but the real magic happened on the inside. They spent twice as long on my van as any other vehicle; a fact I attribute to both its size and the state of the interior. I may never allow my dog or my children in said mini van again; it's now too beautiful. No more dog hair, no more bits of former happy meals in the seats, no more mystery smells. 5 stars would highly recommend! read more

When I spoke to the worker at the front, I stated I wanted an interior detail. I clarified multiple times that I would like a deep interior clean. He was speaking very rapidly and not being very concise/being very vague about their services, and then said that he could do that. I paid $32 for the equivalent of a holiday gas station car wash. My car went through the car wash, and they dusted off my dashboard and did a very poor job vacuuming. Additionally, they did not clean my mats, or vacuum my trunk which is supposed to be included in the service. I was very nice about the confusion, and told the worker there had been a misunderstanding and asked if I was able to get more of my interior cleaned, and that I was willing to pay more. He was very rude and told me they could not do that, that I didn't know what I was talking about and that they had told me what I was receiving within the service before. However, I was not told what I was receiving within the service before. The worker proceeded to raise their voice at me, and told me that I could reverse my car and leave. I left and will not be returning to this location. I do not think that this is worth a $32 payment. Do not come here if you are looking for actual high-quality car cleaning. I then reached out to customer service for a refund naturally, and they hung up on me three times. read more

I paid for the platinum wash hoping to get the best interior job offered and double for car mats since I have three rows of seating, and a cargo liner. I forgot to lift up the third row, so I guess that is on me that they didn't grab the third row mat. BUT regardless of that, they didn't even take out the cargo liner to power wash it which I paid EXTRA for. So it was full of mud and dog hair everywhere. Plus, there was dust all over my entertainment console and so many dirty spots throughout the interior. I watched them work on the interior for a total of 3-4 minutes. The power wash of the few mats they did wash still had dirt stains-- they don't even use soap on the mats? Not worth the money if you are looking to get your interior cleaned. They half assed all of it, so I went home and spent an hour re-cleaning the interior. read more

Two stars is generous to be honest and I'm trying to justify not taking it down to one. But, 80% of the car is cleaned and looks nice hence why I'm being generous. I'll explain more and I'll also include pics to back my review up. Mister Car wash is a nice place and I didn't have to wait very long. People were of course trying to up sell me on several option packages which is annoying when you busy want a basic wash but I opted for the $20 platinum package. For $20 bucks I would expect it to look pretty Damn good. Not the case. It did a terrible job on the rear of the car even though they dried it. I don't know how that is possible. They package includes wheel shine, there's nothing on them, I guarantee it. They didn't dry it and it spotted on the hood. Not going to say much more but I would just go to the gas station across the street and save some money. read more

I like coming here. It makes my car sparkly and happy, and when my car is clean- I'm a happier momma! Quick in and out service. Popcorn and coffee available in the lobby (nom nom). While I've been satisfied with the exterior job, the full service including interior cleaning is lacking 3 out of 4 times. Sometimes they miss the cup holders and wiping off the grimy armrests on the door. They have multiple choices for scents: lemon, new car and...not recalling the other. All in all, I still love coming to get my car prettied up here! read more

I'm sorry but, I paid $42 plus a $10 tip and the inside of my SUV was still dirty!! My door had spots all over it, they did not wash inside door handles, puddle of dirty water in both cup holders, upper dash clearly not wiped, vacuum job not the greatest either! Hands down disappointed!! This is the second time I've given this location a chance and I won't be going back! read more

Best car wash in the North Metro. Hand dry. Reasonable monthly unlimited packages. We have both of our cars signed up, and try to make it in once a week. I just got my car's interior detailed here today and it was a good experience! I made an appointment on Sunday for today (Monday), and I was the a-hole that rolled up with a bunch of trash in my car. So sorry, guys. For $30 per section, I got the front two seats in my car vacuumed, shampooed, and detailed. They ran the exterior through the car wash too. The total was about $65. Good deal if you ask me but I don't buy services like this often. I waited in their lobby area where there was free popcorn, coffee, and wifi. I Yelped my ass off, and soon enough they let me know the car was ready in under an hour. So far it's looking good! There's a few tiny spots that could have used some more TLC, but I'll tell ya that this was a hard job and I understand. It looks and smells clean which was well worth it. read more

They used to be fantastic, my vehicle would continuously come out looking spotless. The work as of the past 3 months has been lacking for the interior. I had a better experience at the location in Shoreview off of Highway 96 than the location in Roseville near Highway 36 and Snelling. I'm both cases, I bought the deluxe package. I went during a slow weekday in both cases. In Shoreview, they did a much better job. read more

The worst experience I've ever had getting my car cleaned. I went there today to get my car washed and the interior clean vacuum basically. When the girl was asking me what I would like I just cried to her when I needed done, basic, vacuuming, and that I needed the weather tech floor mats clean as well. She told me it would be extra to have the mats done. I said, that would be fine. I need them to get done. I sat there and watched several people work on my car. They took my floor mats out, threw them across the room or another gentleman basically threw water on them, and then threw them back over to my car. Once they were done doing whatever it is they were doing they put the wet mat back in my car brand new car and carpet. I could not see what it look like since it's so dark in there when I got back to my car as soon as I went out into the daylight there it is I am mediately turned around asked to see the manager explain to him when it happened. He asked me to go back inside for about 10 minutes and he would take care of it, long story short and do crafts, the fact that he couldn't hardly speak. English didn't help much. If you're looking to get the interior of your car clean, don't waste the money I spent 40+ dollars and got nothing but disappointed. read more

Lost my rear wiper. After using the wash about 8 times I lost my rear window wiper. Made me wonder how rough the wash might be to my car. Very disappointed in the efforts & work. Not what it used to be. There were 4 people working on my car. Two gals & two guys. One gal was more concerned about holding her cell phone than vacuuming. The other gal would vacuum & then stand there looking at her fellow employees for a bit before grabbing the vacuum again & going back in the vehicle. It was obvious that neither of those gals wanted to be working on my car. One of the guys worked hard the whole time, while the other one did a little work & then went right to his cell phone, leaning against the garage door wall not working anymore. After watching 3 of the 4 workers do mediocre work at best, I wasn't surprised to see my car not clean. Note: there were not any other cars there at the time for interior detailing - just mine. A few others were getting exterior washes, but not interior, so I can't even write this off as them being busy. For nearly $40, I would have thought there would be better attention to detail. Please don't call yourself a detail shop - there was nothing detailed about the work done today. The seats still had crumbs in the cracks, the coffee drips were still on my center council, the door jams were not wiped, the mirrors were full of water spots & a whole section was totally missed from being vacuumed. I'll post pictures for consumers to decide for themselves. This is my first Yelp review... I don't normally like to complain, but I feel you need to know so you can address the issues to do better in the future. read more

I went to this Mister car wash in Shoreview a few months ago because my normal car wash was closed. I ordered the most expensive wash. While waiting for my car to get cleaned I was talking to another customer and she was raving about this place and that she has an unlimited plan and just loves it. I didn't know such a thing existed but was interested. I went out to get my car and it looked great- I was very impressed. I got home and went around to the front of my car and the whole front bumper was still full of smattered bugs. Needless to say- I was disappointed as I have gone to holiday gas station car wash and my front grill looked better than this. But I thought surely I will give them a call and they will take care of it. So I called and left a message It was a friday night- so I knew I wouldn't be called back till the next week. I waited til Wednesday and still no response. Called back and left another message. waited a few days and still no response. Now I am getting pretty frustrated by this lack of customer service- so I called again and left a message for the manager to call me back. Still no reply. By this time it has been about 3 weeks since the original wash. What kind of customer service is this where you pay for a service and are not satisfied with the results and call multiple times and they don't even bother to call you back or try to make it right. As I said - I was considering signing up for their unlimited plan and if they had even made a minimum effort to make things right or even returned my phone calls I would have signed up, but this is really poor customer service and they will not see another penny from me and I certainly will tell all my friends and family that live in the area. I would really like to give them 0 stars. read more

I have been a member for over 15 years. Recently, at both the Roseville and Shoreview locations, owners decided they would eliminate drying vehicles after the exterior wash. I have visited the wash several times and when I get to the end, there are 5-6 staff standing around. Management has an obligation to train their employees to make the best use of their time. Instead of standing around, why wouldn't they provide the service expected? read more
