We got a new truck, took it to our local Bush's car wash a week after getting it, and then noticed scratches on several of the doors. The customer service from the manager at our local carwash to the owner was the most professional we've ever experienced! Turned out the scratches couldn't have been from the Carwash due to the direction of them, but the owner still insisted on buffing them out real quick! Bush's Car wash has our business for life! Today I was in a hurry and didn't have time to drive to my regular place and I really needed a wash. The girl pre-washing the cars didn't even try to cover the front with the big cleaner or run a brush across it. Instead what happened was she barely squirted half the front. It was like one squirt and she didn't even try to cover the grill or window. She failed to hit the passenger side at all. She also sent me through immediately before the car ahead of me and didn't even have time to hit both sides of the front window or grill with the brush. I already knew my grill and window would be left unclean. At the end of the was the car ahead of me actually had to apply their breaks to avoid hitting the car ahead of them as they were coming out of the dryer. The kid drying cars was didn't leave enough room for the cars coming out. I honestly thought I was going to hit the car ahead of me too. That was crazy never before have I been in that position. I went ahead and inspected my car and sure enough the passenger side headlight was covered in bugs, along with the bumper and grill. I tried to wipe most of them off with the few napkins I had. To be honest I should have just drove back around but I was too mad. The blonde girl with the big fake blue nails did such a lousy job I didn't even want her touching my car again and the kid at the end is an accident waiting to happen. Grrr. I'll be taking my car to get a real wash today or tomorrow. Lesson learned.

After unsuccessful attempts to get my buggy-road-trip car washed yesterday (couldn't get the…read moreself-paying machine to work at a place next to gas station; the manual car wash up the road only washed off the dirt, not the bugs AND left water stains; the other full-service car washes by the mall had long lines), I searched the net for a drive through car wash in town. Found Bush Car Wash website online and saw they open at 7am! This place is very much like car washes I use in Texas and California (minus free vacuums...they have the setup to vacuum, but not sure what they charge... AND minus towels to dry off the car afterwards.) They DO give you a pre-moistened towelette to wipe down your dashboard, which worked well. Glad to see they'll be opening one off Edison (maybe for my next road trip up here). Nice place to wash a car. Service was great, kind people. I will say that they are much more attentive to your car (putting a baggy over the back windshield wiper, folding in the side mirrors...none of which had been done in CA or TX) than other places I've been to (tho one place did tape the back wiper down). The only things I'd change...free vacuums?? And some towels to dry off car afterwards? Otherwise, price was great, results were great. Still a few bugs on front bumper, but much less than before. I'll have to bring the kids next time...they love drive-through car washes, and they'd love the colored lights when the soap is sprayed on.

I was very disappointed with the service I received for window tinting. I initially did not want to write a review as I also am a small business owner and recognize the impact negative reviews may have on local businesses, however, after discovering more damage to my car I felt the need to warn others about the window tinting services. I requested standard window tinting on my brand new 2025 vehicle I purchased 7/3/24. My initial appointment was on 7/26/24 and I dropped my vehicle off at 9:00am. Just before 6:00pm the technician contacted me and asked if I could bring back my vehicle in again another time in order to complete the back window during a second visit as they ran out of tint after trying a few times to place the tint on the back window. I travelled from Spokane for this service, but agreed and went to pick up my vehicle. Upon getting it home I saw there were several spots the tint was applied very poorly, and it was almost a mirrored tint rather than just a dark tint. I immediately texted the technician my concerns, and then stated I would just like to have the tint removed all together. The technician stated the shop could address the concerns on my next appointment which was scheduled for 8/9/24. A few days after my initial appt on 7/26/24 I noticed one of my back port windows had scratches ALL the way around the window that looked like someone was tracing the size of the tint to cut out. On 8/9/24 I again travelled from Spokane and the technician asked about my concerns. I told him I did not feel the tint was done in an acceptable way. He stated that was why they wanted me to come back in to "fix" the feathering or something. I told him that I also noticed there were scratch marks around an entire window and I'd just like the tint removed. The technicians tone immediately changed to more snippy after I brought up the scratches and he said he was sorry I did not like it and they'd take the tint off. No refund was offered at all. They took the tint off, and that all went fine. Now, on the date I am writing this review, 8/15/24, I notice that there are also scratch marks all around my entire back window as well. I am very upset that I have had this brand new vehicle for just barely over a month and now I am left with scratched windows, no tint, and wasted money.
