These guys worked more than 3 hours taking out dog hair that took a year to gather. the interior gleamed... the seats looked new.... there were a few stray hairs but what are ya gonna do when 126 lbs of floof gets carted around everyday... my furbabies (and their humans) are now able to see out the back windows again and not have nose print (or drool) distortions.... people... this company worked hard and earned every penny of a very reasonable $250... Owner was prepping…read moremy truck and went to whip the prep gun hose around and dented the hood with the nozzle of the prep gun. I called the broker a day later to reach the owner after I noticed it - when He finally called me back he remembered the incident but refused to accept responsibility. Instead blamed me. I should have known better than to take a full sized truck through this wash. I thought he just hit by bug shield because when I heard the thud he looked at the hood and didn't say anything to me. No integrity. now it's a police report and my insurance since he wouldn't share his insurance info - if he's insured at all. Guess we'll find out soon enough.
