This was right after the wash. The white marks are very bright after the wash .

(THESE PICTURES WERE TAKEN RIGHT AFTER THE WASH, YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE HOW BRIGHT THE SCRATCHES MARKS WERE) I have been a member here for two years. Today I went in for a car wash as I was going to get the vacuum. I saw big round bristle scratch marks on my hood. I went inside to speak to management to see if I could look at the cameras to see if those marks were on my vehicle before entering the wash. She refused and said that there has to be a claim made through them. Their claim policy according to their manager is within 72 hours THEY will determine if it was caused by THEIR car wash or not. Which we all know how that ends . They also will have the decision to see if i am allowed to see the cameras or not. Why is it their decision to see if I'm able to look at the video of my vehicle before entering the car wash? That makes absolutely no sense, unless this is recurring situation. I responded with well I want to look at the cameras once he aware. She kept trying to dismiss me which I did not like. She also made an ignorant comment saying that she didn't work at body shop so she didn't know what it was from but she knew enough to say that that would never happen and there's no way. She's ridiculous, It's a brush going in circular motion touching another object, there is always a way. I'm sure she didn't even do a pre-wash starting off the day. I called my husband and he called her and asked for management number. She was extremely rude to him and she got an attitude and was yelling at him, saying that she was the manager and that they were trying to intimidate her. I was unaware that he had called so I decided to go in and just ask for the number before I left. She started going off on me yelling. I'm looking at her like she's crazy because she's over here having an anxiety attack with herself . She calls her supervisor. She's like do you want to speak to him and at first I was like no and then I was like you know what yes. She's yelling at me that I'm trespassing even though I'm paying a full membership which is $40 a month. I paying customer for this service so how am I trespassing? At this point she's giving me the phone with her supervisor and I responded to her I'm not trespassing and her supervisor that was on the phone with me, responded with ma'am you are trespassing. Their management clearly doesn't know the definition of trespassing. According to them if you are a paying member and your vehicle gets damaged while using their services they will dismiss you, management will get an attitude with you, deflect the situation and make up excuses. They will also threatened you to call the cops on you, which felt very discriminating. I'm sure Reagan would have reacted different if I was from a different race. Their management does not have proper management skills. Management is there to deescalate situation like these and that is definitely not what she did. Reagan did absolutely horrible, she spazzed out, threw a whole toddler tantrum for no reason. She is entitled and does not know how to work with customers. If your manager has social anxiety to that level then she should not be in that position. I'm a calm person and she acted like that? Imagine if she was it was another situation. Now I'm going to let everyone know what happen so they are aware of the type of management they have. They want to act like it was a random car wash instead of taking responsibility Gainesville is small and the this will be known. Don't take your vehicle there! Take your $40 a month somewhere else, anywhere else. This whole situation was ridiculous and uncomfortable and totally been avoided if management had professionalism. If the owners need to take responsibility of damages that clearly weren't there!

Best Carwash... amazing clean & I gets lots of compliments on my truck & suv My mercedes & F150 look perfect now.... I work all the time so this is the best way to keep them clean....

Truly a great experience. The staff was very nice and the wash was excellent. One gentleman in particular, I believe his name was Ed, helped me vacuum my car after the wash. Would absolutely recommend

What type of car wash does not hat wash clothes or cleaning sprays? Overpriced for what they offer. Don't recommend at all.

In July 2024, I…read moretook my father's Subaru down to Diamond from Sautee, GA (45 miles away) and got a wash and detail. I emptied the contents of the car so that the cleaners could clean everything. Before getting out of the car, I pointed out two stains (one on the ceiling above the driver side door and one on the ceiling in the rear seat) and asked they be cleaned. When I got the car back to go home, I didn't notice until I got home that the stains were not touched and the glove box was DIRTY...crumbs etc. They are so busy they miss details. I drove my dad's other car down to wash and detail it and was told they closed for the day. No notice on their FB page of the closing. Oh well. I drove back up to Sautee and waited for another time. Today was the next time I could go down (a few months later...now Feb 2025). I called Diamond to make sure they were open and when they were open. I was told at 9:30 that they were opening about 10:30 or 11 due to the cold weather. I drove down and got there a little after 10:30. I was told they weren't opening the wash/detail until noon. I explained to the woman at the counter that I called after 9 and was told 10:30 or 11. She replied the weather was to blame. I said it was sunny outside and the person told me 10:30 or 11 am. The young woman said the workers weren't coming in till later. Oh....so the workers come in when they want and I guess leave when they feel like it. The young woman got snotty and said "Honey, come back later." I'm not her honey and her rudeness is a fine example of why young people need training to work with the public. I will never return to Diamond again.
