Mister does a decent job of cleaning. Not the best. Not the worst. It's usually quite quick through the wash even when it's busy. I do think the Mister location in Hwy 27 near Walmart does a better job of cleaning for some reason. Maybe different equipment? The biggest convenience about Mister Car Wash is just that. They buy out almost everyone and I can wash my cars in various locations. That's worth the monthly wash fee. As long as it doesn't go higher read more

Car wash is decent at best. Problem is the dryers suck. My suv was wet everywhere. Used like four of my own towels to dry. Drying tubes are angled wrong. None pointed at rear of vehicle. Poor design for drying a vehicle. Going elsewhere. read more

All and all...it's a self service car wash but heaven forbid you sign up for the unlimited and want to cancel. Good luck. Some cons... - they don't update their vacuums so many barely work. - I'm still currently trying to cancel my unlimited membership because no one ever answers the phones. - they request a tip after you've vacuumed your OWN vehicle haha If you're in the area I highly recommend Tidal Wash, they have self service towels, cleaning sprays and great self service vacuums. Much better service IMO. read more

I Pulled in and had a Gentleman cut me off so I politley stopped . He preceded to have your attendant at 3195 S Hwy 27 · (352) 241-4488 remove his Sticker from the windshield ,He walked back to me and said I will have her let you go thru on my sticker because I am not getting a wash and having here remove it because I am moving . so this took 5 miniutes or so and you only have one line so I was stuck until she was done . He then did a u-turn and left so I pulled up and said "he said I could go thru on his sticker" and she then stated "No I cant do that " I then asked well what about me having to wait all this Time . She couldnt have cared less . . I paid anyway and went thru so much for my lost time. read more

Paid for the platinum wash which is supposed to include an undercarriage wash. Undercarriage came out bone dry. Asked if my expectations were incorrect and they said I should have expected it to be clean. Offered to send me through again which is nice. After the 2nd run it was still dry. My issue is advertising something they clearly do not offer. I'll take my business elsewhere next time. read more

Mister Car Wash - Undercarriage of my truck after 2 runs through the wash - Car Wash Near Me - Clermont, Florida

So many in Clermont and none of them are good. No rags, no sprayer cleaners, nobody at front passing brush to brush off dead bugs, and then decided to do dirt road work while people are cleaning the cars. Terrible and expensive! Why so many in Clermont and they all terrible business. read more

I purchased the top wash Platnium that has the works my wheels still were dirty and NO tire shine waist of money will never go back. I spoke to the gentleman that collects the payment and he just gave me another wash and still had the same result. stay away...... read more

Decent unlimited washes for $30 a month. They have multiple locations. Not bad at all.

The WORST car wash I have ever experienced. To start off, you are asked if you would like to add a tip. Who would receive the tip? Me or the robotics running the car wash? After I went through the wash, I noticed that the side of my car was still filthy, as well as the roof of my car. The vacuums barely have enough suction to pick up a crumb. Lastly, they do not provide you with any window cleaner or rags. I ended up cleaning my entire car myself when I got home. A waste of money. read more

There are 2 Mister Car Wash's in my location. I normally go to the one on Hwy27,but was nearest to the one on 50,so I went there. This location is not my favorite one, but I still like coming here. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Today the vacuums I was using didn't have the powerful suction it normally has. I let an employee know, and he fixed it for me! I thanked him and finished up with a clean car. read more

This car wash used to be way better. nobody runs a brush over your bumper anymore to get the bugs off. I drove through twice today just to get bird poop off my hood. not to mention, they raised their prices. totally not worth the money. even after driving through twice, there's still bird poop on my car. Totally wouldn't recommend this place! read more

2 stars because the employees are nice. Other than that, I'm no longer a happy customer. I'm not sure what's changed but my car doesn't come out as clean anymore. Also, they don't offer professional interior services at the location I go to but it never bothered me before because they provided rags and cleaning solutions. I went for a wash today and learned they are no longer providing these rags and cleaning solutions. Also, the prewash scrub done by the employees is lacking. I have no reason to continue to go here. I'll be going back to the competitor around the corner. read more

Mister Car Wash - The car washed just stopped with me inside!!! Scared the c rap out of me..the next car was right on my trunk!! - Car Wash Near Me - Clermont, Florida

I don't have a car right now because it's been in an accident. I'm still playing for the service. But I love this. After living in NYC & NJ having to get hand washes is annoying to me. I like to do it myself. This way the dirt is cleaned off and all you need to do is towel dry. Free vacuums and go home. It's great. I love it. I loved it more before the body shop in my previous review. Lol great deal too. My husband loves it. Can't keep him out of there read more

This chain of car washes are the worst in Orlando! They don't have bug remover brush to wash the front of your car. They don't have rags to dry your car which the dryer leaves completely wet. You can't clean the inside of your car cause they don't provide rags and windshield cleaner. My wife has a white car and it stays as dirty as before it went in. Don't give this company your money to wash your car when it doesn't provide the service it's supposed to. read more

First time there, will never be back. Had a dirty car from a long drive. The genius directed me to the track then used what looked like a push-broom to start cleaning my hood. All that did was grind the dirt into the paint, leaving scratches across the whole hood. After returning to show the damage, the manager Austin takes pictures of the driver side damage. He'll call me in 2 hours. 2 days later, after reviewing the video, he said the first idiot only scrubbed the passenger side and they are not liable for the damage. Avoid this place. Don't take a dirty car here. Don't take a nice car here. Don't expect them to take responsibility for the damage they do. read more

I stopped today for a quick wash, just the basic wash, not cheap. But I needed one so I thought that I would try, Mister, was on my way. The attendant was very nice, good customer service. After the wash I was driving down the road as saw bird stuff still on the car hood right were it was before the wash. It was to late to complain and get another wash. But when I got out of the car there were other bird stuff that the Mister Car Wash did not get off. Will not be going back to any off these car washes again. POOR JOB. read more

Paid for the most expressive wash and my car isn't even clean. The idiot directing me onto the belt misguided me multiple times causing me to have to reverse and try again and still cause me damage to my wheels. Then over heard him on the radio tell another employee that I was the reason when it was him who was directing and me doing nothing more than what I was told. Don't tell me to keep it straight and give me a thumbs up if it isn't lined up! Now I'm left frustrated, my car still dirty and in need of a mechanic to check the damage... Don't make the same mistake I did, go somewhere else or wash your car at home. It will be a much better job anyways. read more

Very shady practice. After a year from closing foe COVID. Mister car wash suspended my account without informing me. I had disputed charge when credit card charged when car wash closed for COVID. I had called and was told billing would be suspended while car wash was closed. Now a year later they decide they are going to charge me for what my credit card disputed.I did not find this out until I was in line to get a car wash. After a very rude service employee at Mister named Damien, I was told my service was suspended even though they had charged my credit card 2 weeks ago. I asked if I could use this service until the end of the month and he said no. It's a shame that they don't try to keep customers too hard. It's not a great car was and many vacuums do not work but it was convenient. Will not be missing too much. read more

I used to love this location but I've noticed the vacuums don't work as well as they used to. I moved to the other side hoping they'd work better but it still wasn't picking up any sand and the hose on one side was missing. When I notified the attendant he said that it shouldn't be a problem because the vacuum is "free". read more

this place is absolute trash. more than half the vacuums didn't work and when i found one that actually worked it stopped after 5seconds. and they have the audacity to ask for a tip? LOL. here's a tip- improve your car wash. read more

Mister Car Wash does a great job, but I'll warn you about signing up for the 30 days of washes. You'll be billed on your credit card every month unless you have them stop the account. I really don't think this is fair as it isn't explained when you drive thru and sign up. Maybe it's on the paperwork, but it definitely isn't explained by their representative when signing up. read more

I will start with the positive, I have been to the other location hwy 27 and the customer service was impeccable. Greeted immediately by a nice young man, you paid him, and went on with your car wash. This is my second time at the new location on 50. Both experiences were extremely chaotic. I've never seen so many confused looks at a car wash. The set up is where you vacuum your car first then go through the wash which ends up blocking people in when they get busy. There isn't much direction on what to do. Myself and a few others were blocked in after vacuuming our cars for about 15 minutes, in addition people that were there after us were able to get washed first. One reason this happened (the lady in front of me said) was a truck with too large of tires had to turn around setting everyone back. Well a second truck with large tires came in right behind with the same issue.. maybe there should be a sign or some sort of direction. Also, the spot where you put your car mats in to be cleaned dirties them up with sand instead. read more

Pulled up at 4 o clock and the store is already closed. It's Saturday a lot of people only get this day to wash their vehicle. I don't understand why you're closing 2 hours early on a weekend day. not to mention the fact I got charged $10 extra per month when I renewed the same thing I was supposed to have to begin with and after I found extra charge nothing was done about it read more

Over $12 for a basic car wash? I think not. What a ripoff. I'll drive to Orlando before I go to this place again.

I have been taking my car here for the past 2 years. Have not been too happy with them lately. They increased their prices a few times, don't always get the car wash I paid for (watch all of the lights to make sure you get what you ordered) and if you have a white car expect to see blue and pink watermarks on your car. read more

Not pleased at all. Paid for the Premium wash so they wash inside and outside my vehicle. Outside was still awful however it was even worse on the inside. Nothing was cleaned. I had to ask one of the attendants to come back multiple times. Use to go here all the time. Never again. read more

I love this place! I've been using them for years. Bill, the manager, ia always courteous and helpful as are all the fellas he has working there.
