The day of service Bob arrived as scheduled and was able to diagnosis and determines the problem with my sprinkler system. He replaced some broken heads, ran new wiring and every step of the way he advised me on what he was doing and what was the most cost effective way to repair my sprinkler system. Within a matter of an hour or so Bob had my sprinkler system up and running. I have had three other water irrigation companies try to fix my sprinkler system and none of them could determine the problem. Also Bob was extremely knowledgeable, professional and knew what he was doing and didn't try to rip me off by doing unnecessary repairs. I will always use B&W for all my sprinkler system start ups and shut downs.

In 2024 I entered into a contract (which I paid cash for) with HomeSpec to have my basement waterproofed and a sump pump installed. Over the following two years my basement continued to take on water after heavy rainfalls. After multiple visits that yeilded no answers and a periood where communication stalled, I posted a negative review to express my frustration. Shortly after posting, HomeSpec reached out and sent a team back to my home. Thats when management representative Brian stepped in and took full accountability for finding the root cause. He used a practical methods to track the water flow, he placed paper towels around the perimeter to pinpoint the entry point and found it. After the next rain he had his crew to remove the drywall and insulation to expose the hidden leak. Once the leak was identified, the crew repaired the issue. As of 9/2/2026, HomeSpec has restored my basement by installing new insulation, putting up and painting new drywall as replacing my electrical fixtures in the area where there was water damage. While the overall process took a long time and required significant peristance to reach a solution, I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Brian for his professionalism, determination to making things right, Hopefully the issue is now resolved, and I will be monitoring the basement during upcoming rainfalls to ensure the fix remains permanent. I have to give credit where credit is due. Thank You Brian.

High strength epoxy injection was chosen since there had been no water leaks and both inductive and thermal imaging confirmed there was no moisture concern in any of the basement walls. Throughout the entire process HomeSpec were very professional and courteous, from their office staff through to the field technicians. In particular the technicians Mike B. and Michael W. did a great job and worked well as a team. The cracks were repaired proficiently and the work site was well cleaned and all debris removed before departing. Overall 5 stars.

Other contractors didn't want to use T1-11 and many highly suggested vinyl siding or Hardie board. They didn't recognize that customer satisfaction is essential. And I knew what I wanted! Sean, owner of Michigan Rose, came out in a timely manner and communicated with me from start to finish. John and Nathan worked very well together and the job was completed quickly. They did a beautiful job.They cleaned the area around the house making sure there weren't any nails that my dogs might step on.Super guys with a good work ethic and personable. We arranged to have them put in a new driveway as soon as it was OK to pour concrete this spring…read more We weren't in a hurry until we found out that I was to have surgery soon. We let them know that we needed the driveway done and cured before that date so we could use a wheelchair on it . They were here the next day to take out the old concrete and prepare it for the new. These guys really knew their stuff and they worked long and hard and did an absolutely stellar job. Communication with Michigan Rose Construction was great. They were always available to answer questions and we enjoyed interacting with the men who were doing the work. We would hire them again for any construction project without hesitation.
