When I come here with my daughter, she says the same thing, but she occasionally can find something she likes. We've chatted with other customers who say the same thing -- it's not what it used to be. The store does carry a limited stock of "tall pants" -- getting harder and harder to find anywhere. The service is hit and miss. When it's good, it's *good*. "Marianne" knows the stock and is tremendously helpful. (When you visit the store, find Marianne!)

Such a horrible experience here. we purchased almost $13000…read moreworth of appliances for our brand new home and had them installed by their "professional installers". The first problem was a drawer in the fridge that wouldn't stay closed...Darcy assured me that was normal. Not normal according to kitchen aid. about 2 weeks after the install we found water had been leaking down into the basement and when we pulled the fridge out we discoverEd the water line had not been installed properly and had been leaking and ruined the whole side panel of the cupboards in our brand new house. when we approached them with the issue Darcy told is it was our problem because apparently after you have a "professional" install your appliances you are then supposed to pull said appliance out from the wall and make sure it doesn't leak???? That lady was sweet as pie until she got our $$$ and then basically told us to go away. Such a rude arrogant person to deal with. I wouldn't ever recommend buying anything from there ever.

A friendly no pressure discussion about the various product lines which they themselves use in their home provided us with the initial feeling of honesty. We briefly checked online for comparable pricing and that was not an issue. The promise of direct contact through them for all of our service needs was also high on our list. There was also a no pressure sales tactic on warranties etc. it was a discussion that allowed us to decide for ourselves with no judgement. The gentlemen that came to install new and take away the old were very polite and demonstrated an educated product knowledge. They gave us whatever time we needed to become familiar with the product and they were in and out in a personable, clean and timely manner. We will recommend this business to our anyone who asks.

It is set up a little different than others. The staff at this location are really helpful and nice! I asked for some help (a few times actually) and they were more than willing to look around the store for me. I also liked that they let me use more than one coupon - won't say which person let me because well, I wanna keep doing it obviously! Haha! I like the location of this store also, it's in an area with a bunch of other department stores and it is easy to navigate around the plazas. I basically spent a good majority of my day in Burlington looking for wedding related items in multiple different stores here! I always find what I need at this Michaels and I will certainly be coming back again! I like it better than my regular location in Ancaster.

Since the closure of Le chateau this location has been the home for clearance items. I've been…read moreshopping here since the pandemic and policies have constantly changed during the pandemic. While shopping for rompers for the beach there were restrictions to try on outfits. Further items were final sale. I bought one romper for that was final sale that was truly sheer-if I had tried it on, probably wouldn't buy it lol. A few months ago I bought some former Le château dresses that would have been on clearance in Etobicoke for $40. Here in Cambridge I got it for $10 and $20, some with minor mends. It's nice to pick up a nice champagne dress knee length for $20 :) A few months ago they were selling hamburger and donut themed shoes for $3 each and find a nice overcoat similar to those at forever 21 for $30. Recently there's new stock lots of Xmas even branded minion products. No change room open though, but exchanges are welcomed with a stiff time limit.

And, I asked if we could figure out a way to make it work and he said he'd get the painting and consider it. A while later a staff member (Andrea) called back and left a message for me to call back. I returned the call and she said they didn't want to ship it to US and was concerned it was in fragile condition. I sad Ok. I then called a friend who lives nearby said he'd be able to get / it or receive it and bring it when he visited me soon. So, I called back and told the staff member I had a solution to the situation and informed her my friend could handle and bring the piece. She paused for a bit, then said, I'm sorry it was just sold. I felt her explanation was disingenuous at the least. And I expressed my amazement and indicated her story seemed factitious. She put me on hold for a while and then I spoke again with Bob. Bob started telling a different story and then said, well, the piece was actually just sold. He said someone just walked in and bought it, so it wasn't available. What are the chances of someone walking in and purchasing a Florida painting in February in Hamilton, Canada? lol Got to say this seems like unscrupulous, disingenuous and even dishonest behavior and business practices. Suggest that any buyers proceed with extreme caution if considering doing business with Earls Court Gallery. Buyers beware!
