He was extremely disrespectful after I let him know I wasn't 100% satisfied with my shirt because it printed out a different color than what he showed me. He offered to remake them and when I came back, he stated that the only thing he could offer me is a refund and explain that he had other orders ahead of me. Even though I was irritated af, I let him know that I was just going to keep the shirts and as I was reaching for the bag he snatched it away from me and said "no, I'm giving you a refund." His actions were so uncalled for and as a woman, I felt violated. There was absolutely no reason for me to receive that type of treatment & he couldn't even explain to me why I couldn't keep the shirts that I already paid for. multiple times I asked if he was the manager or who the manager was, and his response was "it doesn't matter". His behavior was very disgusting and I'll definitely never come back here. Sidebar: I told my husband what happened and I now have the shirt AND my refund.

George (the artist) and Junior (the designer) did multi-color front, back, and sleeve prints and everything came out awesome. Not only did they do great work, they did it REALLY FAST! Seriously, I was on a deadline to get these shirts done and they said "No problem!" They worked with me on getting the shirts, getting the design, and even shipping it to my sister in New York! Shirts and hoodies were done with awesome quality. They did such a great job that I automatically hired them for another 100 shirts for my nephew's football team. They got these done on the SAME DAY! If you're looking for quality at fast speed and reasonable price, look no further. On top of that, if you want to save on shipping, get a local shop to do good work! Best decision I ever made. Thanks gentlemen.

We were told they were out of sticker material and they'll do our order Monday, that the owner was sick and they'd do it that week, that his grandmother was sick in Mexico and they'd be fine at the end of the next week, and then finally that the owner was having emergency surgery and a fake text from his wife. It felt like a bad high school scenario except where adults with Inside businesses to run. I would post a screenshots, but I guess somebody has to be the adult in the situation! Definitely be aware, it came out of nowhere and caused us a lot of problems and a lot of lost money.

Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more *AVOID* this establishment. I had used this place twice in the past, and unfortunately, both experiences resulted in mediocre work. I decided to give them another chance primarily because of the convenience of having them close to my home. I dropped off several hats on 8/11/26 and figured that a full week would be more than enough time to complete the work. I stopped by today, 8/17/26, only to find that my hats were still sitting untouched in the exact same spot where I had dropped them off. The owner explained that he didn't have my logo on file, despite having completed the exact same logo on one of my hats just a month ago. When I asked why no one had contacted me, he stated that they had called. I then asked why no voicemail was left, and at that point, the conversation became increasingly defensive. I also asked why a follow-up call wasn't made after supposedly being unable to reach me. Rather than taking responsibility for the lack of communication and the fact that my order had not even been started after a week, the owner became extremely upset and rude. Mistakes and delays can happen--that's understandable. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability throughout the entire situation. Save yourself the time, money, and unnecessary stress. There are plenty of other businesses that value their customers and communicate professionally. Very unpleasant experience, to say the least.

While other vendors only offer offer one or sometimes two size options, Printology has three options available which is great! Additionally there are three printing options too. A curious case of supporting the creative community while pulling the rug out from under it…read more I've got to say, Projx2Print has achieved something remarkable. They've managed to simultaneously position themselves as supporters of artists and the creative community while embracing AI technology that threatens to eliminate some of the very creative jobs those artists depend on. That's quite a balancing act. Almost as impressive as a man successfully wearing a three-piece suit while riding a unicycle through a fireworks factory. Look, I understand that AI is here. Technology changes. Businesses want to work faster, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Fine. Nobody is asking anyone to return to the days of carving business cards into stone tablets. But there's a difference between using AI as a tool that assists creative professionals and enthusiastically embracing technology that can replace those professionals--while simultaneously telling everyone how much you support artists and the creative scene. And then there's the argument that because the company is successful, the current approach should essentially remain unquestioned. Well, that's one strategy. By that logic, if the Titanic had successfully sold enough tickets, we should have simply congratulated the iceberg on participating in a thriving maritime economy. Success is not necessarily evidence that a business model is good for the people and creative community surrounding it. Sometimes success means you have enough leverage to ask whether the status quo deserves to be preserved. The irony is especially difficult to ignore when graphic designers and production artists are part of the actual workforce involved in producing the creative work. Projx2Print has even employed production artists with formal graphic-design backgrounds. So my question is simple: If you genuinely support artists and the creative community, what does that support look like when the technology you're adopting can make their jobs less necessary? AI doesn't have to be the enemy. But neither should human creativity become the disposable middleman between a prompt and a finished product. I'd have a lot more respect for the position if it were simply: "AI is changing the industry, we're going to use it, and we're going to figure out how to make money with it." At least that's honest. But claiming to champion the creative community while embracing technology that threatens the livelihoods of creatives--and then using business success as an argument for maintaining the status quo--feels a little like applauding the orchestra while simultaneously replacing the musicians with a Spotify playlist. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is what we in the broadcasting business call mixed messaging. I'm Ron Burgundy. And you stay classy, San Diego.
