They have been in Hinckley for many years and it is still the prime place to go for Menswear. They stock makes such as Mish Mash, Firetrap, Sonetti, Ikon and have a really good range of shirts, jeans and footwear. My experience this term has been shocking, the staff are very rude, have no customer service skills, and make assumptions and blame the customers for their behaviour and wrong doings. I think all staff need retraining in customer service and how to write an email correctly and professionally. I have found a new supplier online who are much cheaper and definitely more professional. After spending thousands of pounds in this store over the years, they should be ashamed in their behaviour.

They sell clothes, accessories, lingerie and footwear for men, women and children. The Hinckley store is a good size and stocks a good range of all the above. They do only have 2 changing rooms so you can be queuing for a while during peak times but as I work nearby I tend to go in the week when it isn't so busy. It is located next to Wilkinson in the Britannia Centre. The staff are friendly and helpful enough and is probably one of the most affordable clothes shops in hinckley.

It is quite a good sized shop but recently i have found the clothes they sell are a little bit 'dowdy'. They tend to stock alot of workwear (trousers, shirts, v-neck jumpers etc) but nothing really very trendy. The footwear section is quite good, they also have a small lingerie selection (mainly knickers) and a small jewellery section. The staff are friendly enough but every time you make a purchase they try to sign you up for their account card which really annoys me. All in all, not a bad shop but I think if you need an outfit for a special occasion you will be best to take a trip over to the larger Fosse Park store.
