Most recently, I've come here for occupational therapy. Parking can be a challenge depending on which side of the hospital that you're at. When I got here, I didn't know where exactly the occupational therapy was located. I just parked at the first parking spot I found available. Then I walked into the Women's Center lobby and a nice gentleman directed me to the rehab center. Thank you sir! It was a few mins walk from where I was at to the rehab center. Guess what? Tons of parking available on the rehab side. Now I know. Just a tip... it is best to check the map before heading over here so you know which is the best side to park that is closest to where you need to be. Trust me... there will be some walking if you're on the opposite side. Great hospital with good staff. Continue to provide good care and support your community. Thank you PVHMC!!

Went back to doctors office only to be told that the doctor was busy and she sends prescriptions at the end of the day! 10/23/25 and no prescription yet. I didn't get my pain medication. Was this done purposely or is this how they do business. By their Yelp reviews I think they are incompetent. They have gone downhill and if you can avoid this place. I like Dr Rasania but the staff is something else, and the way they run the office needs to be reevaluated.

The XRay Tech 'Marquez' was a bit insensitive about it and made me feel uncomfortable. They front desk manager eventually offered to give me a saliva/oral drug test instead. I had to actually advocate for the alternative test, because it wasn't offered initially. Just communicate and offer feedback to help people understand their choices would make this already anxiety producing process better.

Came here for Worker's Compensation issue, and they were very professional, kind, accommodating, with excellent patient care. The process is extremely easy and fast. The waiting area is really spacious and comfortable overall. Very happy with the service here if they also have physical therapy on site. That she doesn't do that. Wait... Do you mean they can't physically use a ledger or calendar to physically write down an appointment? Or better yet, use a laptop/computer/phone app to write down appointments? There are a lot of free apps out there, come on. The people in the waiting room look pretty agitated and it's a sign that A) They haven't been attended to properly B) They've been waiting a long time. C) They are backed up I can't speak for the doctors or how they are. But if the front is any indication of how their business is run. I am not going to take that chance. I fell asleep in pain. @ 2 AM I requested for the meds again. This time they arrived, after 20 minutes. Could you just imagine the pain I was suffering? 2nd day @ 4PM, I requested for my pain meds. NOTHING. 6PM, after the shift change I requested for my meds, this time vehemently. RN's said they never got any request! It must have been lost in the shift change! I ve been sitting down on a chair since 4am and fell asleep at the chair. 2nd night at 1030PM, I was smelling something terrible. It smelled like poop! Goosh its too late to request for a new room. I covered my face with a pillow. Lo! and Behold! My pillow smelled like poop!. I smelled around, all the pillows smelled like like poop! I complained and called my son.
