As I am staring accross the counter for products and me being the only customer inside the store one associate completely ignored me I was there and she just Sat on her stool while I waited for assistance. The other associate got done with her duties and started to help I think her name is "Gyllian". After I picked out my items and was ready for checkout I asked some questions and Gyllian answered them. After I was asked my name to put on my account she asked for my last name. Normally I spell it out because they'll ask me to spell it. After I spelled it out the girl responded you could have just said it. I said oh Im sorry. The other associate stayed quiet and did not say a word. After I had paid for my items and was exiting the store they just started laughing and or gigging to themselves.
