After 45 min, I was indecisive and left without purchasing medicare part D. The agent didn't follow up. Open enrollment closed. I was distracted by life events and didnt put on my calendar to follow up. The penalty is 1% per month of $32.74 for every month of delay. The next open enrolment will put me 10 months late. Every month, for the rest of my life, I will pay an annual penalty of $47.15 because I left the insurace agent without what I needed. This is the second time Castell has dropped the ball. He was nice, pleasant even, but I couldn't help but feel that the company's assembly line system of literally filing you in and out was most laborious, and yes, quite taxing. Avoid Northwest Security - Late Paychecks & Poor Management…read more I strongly advise against working for Northwest Security. They are one of the worst companies I've ever worked for. They still use paper checks, which is already outdated, but the bigger issue is that paychecks are always late. For my last three pay periods, I received my paycheck a full week after I was supposed to get paid. This is completely unacceptable, especially when people rely on their pay to cover bills and expenses. If you do end up working for them, keep a very close eye on your paycheck. Always double-check your hours and be prepared for delays. The company's management seems unorganized, and they don't prioritize their employees. Do yourself a favor and look for a better security company to work for. fuck them

Thankfully, SSN proved to be amazing relative to the other two companies. I have met several of their guards and managers (Jeremy Donah, and Brian Humphries). Their guards ask id from everyone entering our property. They are professional to the extreme in their mode of dress, attitude and how they address our visitors. Further their patrol is thorough and stops people from breaking in our property. Having them here saves me lots of work since i am the resident attorney and risk manager.
