Joe said he could meet up with us at our shop, so we made arrangements and drove over to Sequim and met up with him, we had sent him pior to our meeting the dimensions of the shop, and he had mocked up a proposal before we got there, so he made it very easy to go over and do a walk through of the inside and outside of the shop, with lighting suggestions and outlets, also went over two lifts, compressor and a welder outlet for power. A couple days later he had emailed over a quote, VERY reasonable and affordable! once we signed the quote they started about 10 days later, we actually drove back over and met with his electricians as they were in the process ov running wire, installing outlets, hanging lights etc...even though his crew was busy they still took the time to answer any and ALL questions we had, which was greatly appreciated by us! once our drywaller's and painters finished inside the shop, Joe's crew came back out and finished everything up including hanging cieling fans, which are 30' up, outstanding work by all, including Clover their front office person, super helpful and courteous, she always returned calls when needed, BTW Joe, she needs a raise! So if you're looking for electrical work, be it a shop or home and would like to hire a company that's reliable and does the job right the first time, and takes the time to answer calls and questions, give Kirsch Electric a call, you'll be glad you did! 5 stars all day long! Then a problem developed where the alarm would not set in our small space and NSS could not figure it out. The nature of our business is such that we absolutely cannot go without an alarm set but was told by Rick to just deactivate a zone (which would be great until someone breaks in through a door of that zone). Repeated trip charges for this same, seemingly basic problem prompted me to finally ask via email (can post if necessary) if there would be a charge to come yet again for the same problem and Rick freaked out and sent a certified letter saying they are dropping us? Seriously? That's how you treat a long time customer? And out of spite, I guess, he terminated service at our home as well. All for asking if there would be yet another trip charge for the same problem. Who wouldn't ask that question? They also couldn't figure out the cause of a repeated false alarm on a smoke detector and kept charging us for trip charges, alarm replacements, keypad replacement, and even a whole new panel and still couldn't get it resolved. Very disappointing to be treated this way. So far, so good with another local company.

Not only do my spouse that I work from home, but I also do a lot of photography and video that I transfer back-and-forth on my network and into the cloud. I was tired of poor and drop connections with my consumer level Wi-Fi system. In addition, I wanted a local security camera system that I can control without relying on a cloud service. After receiving a quote and agreeing on the scope of work, I scheduled the installation. Alee came out on time on the date scheduled and we walked through the plan of installation and confirmed what all my needs were. Alee and his team worked through the day and completed the install job in an incredibly professional manner. The installation and the cable runs, and all of the final product was exactly as described. After the install, Alee walked me through downloading all of the software that I needed, how to access and navigate the system, how to navigate and operate the security cameras, and ensure that everything was working properly. To be sure, this was a relatively large install for a residential application. I wanted ethernet drops in every room of my house, a new professional grade network cabinet, in-ceiling WIFi network, and a new suite of security cameras. I couldn't have asked for a better end product. I am quite pleased with the attention to detail of the install and making sure everything was perfect, workmanlike, and care was taken in my home. Alee came back out to adjust a couple of things for me after the fact and install an additional camera. Again, he was on time on the scheduled day.
