The facial was one of the most relaxing experiences ever and Libby helped by explaining the products and processes. I went in to get a partial installation of hair tinsel 2 days ago. Libby was very nice and the tinsel looked great when I left. Within 24 hours I had lost 5 pieces of tinsel while being incredibly gentle with it. I've had hair tinsel multiple times before and this has never happened with more than 1 or 2 pieces right away. I contacted the salon and they offered to have me come in to replace the pieces that had fallen out but I am from out of town and will not be back in the area to do this. By that night, I had lost 4 more pieces of tinsel. This means I lost 9 pieces out of the 15-20 that I paid to be installed but only have 5 left which means I didn't get the amount I originally paid for either. I contacted the salon again and asked if it would be possible to refund me so that I only paid for a accent placement instead of a partial installation because I am not only left with 5 pieces, even less than an accent placement. I was told this was not possible. Just upsetting to pay $40 for 15-20 pieces of hair tinsel and end up with 5 which is definitely not typical! Some shedding is completely understandable but this was more than some within a day and a half of the service. read more

Wow! Came by referral but will continue based on first-hand knowledge. Best chair-side manner I have ever seen for a hairstylist. She is wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and so sweet. On top of that, she takes the time required to do the best job possible and takes additional time to make sure you can take care of your new hairstyle when you go home. She gives advice that you request and all of that without you ever feeling rushed! You will thank yourself for choosing her and you will be so happy that you did. You'll never need anyone else when you choose the best! The atmosphere was light and airy and you just felt like you were at home. Great experience.
